Steve pointed out that the Town of Newfields decided to create its own sense of a new Protected Class. They have outlawed protests in front of any home or dwelling (yeah, I know, a rather “broad” class but stick with me here).
Commenter Vindaloo Bugaboo (VB) nails the imperative question at TreeHugger leaving little wiggle room, which makes the Renewable Energy types howl, scream, and break Godwin’s Law. Not one of my “doodlings” this time, but I can tell you that the FB post with the following graphic certainly showed a lot of, well, the nuttiness, ranting, and partisan snipping that goes on in a closed FB group that has “Politics” as part of its name.
I haven’t written a lot about the 1619 Project sponsored by the NYT (writer(s)). The plan was to be as an emphasis to what the Black Lives Matter movement has been (wrongly) preaching. That America has been racist, is racist, and will ALWAYS be racist.
Progressives and their Identity Group Political Totem pole adherents won’t get it – they have little to no sense of humor. They’ll just take offense while the rest of us smirk a bit – at them.
Having family over for Christmas (take THAT Fauci, Brix, and Sununu), I was otherwise “distracted”. So, feel free to make sport of me.
I know some sensitive readers will say it is wrong to celebrate people losing their livelihoods, but I think, like a restaurant that makes its customers sick with bad food, the media deserves this.
