Cornerstone – Sununu Lied to Voters:

It is with great sadness that I write this open letter. As a life-long Republican, I can’t tell you how disgusted I am with NHGOP leadership, which has allowed this corrupt voting practices to continue in this state.
Now comes Appellant Daniel Richard pro se in his sur-reply to the supplemental briefs of Respondents, the Town of Auburn, and the state of NH.
The Honorable Supreme Court of N.H. is soliciting amicus briefs or memoranda on the issue of Standing in the Richard v. Sununu et al. case number 2023-0097. I offer the following memoranda in support of the Appellant’s position on Standing.
The NH Supreme Court has taken my election law case for review. I just filed my Sur-reply to the State’s Brief. Oral arguments are next. The new SCOTUS decision from June 27, 2023, in Moore v. Harper (N.C. redistricting case) will now be tested in NH Highest Court. See attached copy of my Sur-reply why … Read more
Skip has covered Cornerstone taking Sun-King Sununu to task for his LIE about supporting repeal of the so-called “abortion buffer zone.” The Sun-King’s response: conservatives are irrelevant in New Hampshire:
For years, New Hampshire’s “buffer zone” law has allowed private abortion clinics to ban counseling, protesting, and silent prayer on the public sidewalks outside their facilities.
When he first ran for office in 2016, NH Governor Chris Sununu promised in a letter to pro-life voters that he would sign a bill to repeal the buffer zone law, and yet he recently said that he is planning to veto HB1625, the Sidewalk Free Speech Act which would repeal the buffer zone law.
The apparent leak by someone working at the Supreme Court of a months-old February draft opinion that would overturn Roe v. Wade has opened the floodgates of histrionic reaction—for an excellent commentary go here.
It’s bad enough that the Democrats aren’t liking Chris Sununu all that much – and the closer the election this time, the less they will. But now he is REALLY out of step with the Republican County Committee.
A funny thing happened on the way to the courthouse. Well, the funny thing is that we could avoid the trip. But only if Republican Governor Chris Sununu can get his head out of his ass.
Chris Sununu has created two major problems for himself. He has created a Constitutional Crisis, as the people of New Hampshire no longer trust him. They have declared that they no longer have any obligations to live under an unconstitutional form of government currently being forced on the good people of the State of New … Read more
New Hampshire Democrat’s played politics with mass murder. While loved-ones were still being notified in Dayton and El Paso they sent three anti-gun bills they’d sat on for 39 days to NH Gov. Chris Sununu’s desk. He vetoed them.
Last week, Kevin Landrigan of the Union Leader shared a story from Politico Pro that pointed out Republican Gubernatorial Candidate Chris Sununu’s lie about Waterville Valley only having local investors. Sununu made the claim about having only local investors back in 2010 when he purchased the resort. Sununu often talked about local control and even … Read more
For a long time now, the political leaders in this country have been trying to create a paradigm shift by removing the power from the people to make decisions and placing it nearly exclusively into their own hands. These are abuses of power that have for too long gone unchallenged by an apathetic and resigned … Read more
The UNH poll came out last week. Trump has a solid lead, DeSantis has collapsed, Vivek claimed second, and Chris Christie is the guy Republicans are least likely to vote for under any circumstance. This week, St. Anselm’s published their most recent poll.
Two weeks ago, news broke that the New Hampshire Secretary of State was investigating whether Donald Trump should be removed from the NH primary Ballot next year.
On Thursday, March 23, the New Hampshire House voted to pass HB 224, a bill to return New Hampshire to unrestricted abortion until a child’s head crowns. Although the House is virtually tied between Republicans and Democrats, the bill passed 205-178, with a group of 16 Republican representatives joining the Democrats. This is a historic moment, … Read more
As you may know, I put in an RSA 91-A demand, ironically enough, about the Office of the Right To Know Ombudsman.
I know many of you are still clinging … desperately … to the belief that New Hampshire is a Purple State, and that there are even still some diehards who would say a Red State. But it is time for you bitter-clingers to admit what is plain to see.
