Scathing summer heat has fueled incendiary headlines attributing record-breaking temperatures around the world to climate change. The presumption that individual weather events such as hurricanes, storms, or wildfires can be traced to greenhouse gas emissions displays the shoddy ideological fearmongering employed by climate alarmists in lieu of credible scientific fact. Noticeably omitted from assumptions that … Read more
Families and employees in SAU17 have been bothered by what’s happening in the schools for many years. It wasn’t that long ago that students were exposing the failures they experienced while attending Sanborn. In this case, students were making the case that administrators were misleading or even lying to parents. Now that I’m asking for … Read more
A recent consumer survey revealed that 46% of US electric car owners wish to switch back to a gas-powered car. In an industry already facing hurdles with charging stations, cost, and public skepticism, consumer distaste over performance and a hefty price tag threatens to eviscerate future EV sales. Despite subsidies and claims of world-saving environmental … Read more
New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu has signed HB619 and HB1205. The first bill restricts bottom surgery for minors in the Granite State. The second requires sports in schools to be divided by biological sex. Get more background on HB619 here and HB1205 here. Top surgery is not prohibited, so HB619 is an incremental step in … Read more
Do these people who fill the 24/7 news cycle with their views ever listen to their words? Do their minds just kick into gear, and their lips expel the rhetoric without a filter? Are they all so caught up in their personal beliefs that they cannot objectively report what actually happens and not their opinion … Read more
“Will no one rid me of this turbulent priest”? Henry II did not directly call for the assassination of the Archbishop of Canterbury, Thomas Beckett … but the knights who thereafter assassinated Beckett knew what the King wanted. And today’s “Democrats” (Woke-Communists) like Aaron Jacobs are employing a variation of this technique. How do you … Read more
New Hampshire, on a per-pupil basis, is one of the biggest spenders on public education in the nation. The THIRD BIGGEST in fact. That, of course, does NOT fit the NHGOP’s fiscally-conservative, socially-agnostic narrative. So what’s a bitter-clinger to do? Attack the choo-choo train!!! And here is the mighty Sun-King doing just that. The real … Read more
Whoever is running the Biden Administration took the Houthis in Yemen off the terrorist group watch list in early 2021. “In exchange, the Houthis continued to recruit child soldiers, bomb airports, and kill civilians – they even raided the US Embassy in Yemen before the year was out.” The chaos continued until Feb of 2024 when … Read more
OK, very short post – thrown up for discussion. Now what? Seriously, now what? At this point nobody with three brain cells that speak to each other believes that this guy “somehow” got past security to do this all on his own. At the very least, multiple videos exist of people telling police officers – … Read more
The more details that emerge regarding the assassination attempt on Trump, the more questions emerge. Was it just breathtaking, unbelievable incompetence? Did the Deep State intentionally leave Trump vulnerable? Or was it something even worse? The best synopsis I have seen to date (I am writing this on July 17th) is from Sean Davis:
Maybe COVID made him reconsider his 2024 run for president? I’m not seeing much more on this yet, but we’ve been saying it for a while now. He was never gonna make it (Jill must be pissed). So, speculation? If this is accurate (and it’s not confirmed), who are the other three, and does any … Read more
Taiwan is an important strategic ally of the United States. China has been watching us and listening to our leadership. So, let’s put ourselves in China’s shoes. Let’s talk about China’s response to America’s drone program called Replicator. The idea of the Replicator drone program is that the US will flood Taiwan and the Taiwan … Read more
Regular readers caught the post yesterday about the heat in New England and how – it’s been hotter, but it is still hot. If you have a pool, you’re in it, and if you happen to be living or vacationing on a beach, that water is a much sought-after relief, unless you’re in Nantucket. Debris … Read more
Manhattan prosecutors agreed on July 2 to delay the sentencing of Donald Trump for his conviction in New York on 34 felony counts relating to allegedly fraudulent characterizations of hush money payments to Stormy Daniels. Pending consideration by trial judge Juan M. Merchan of briefs and oral arguments by both sides, the scheduled July 11 … Read more
All countries seek and require stability so that the people gain a sense of reliance in knowing that laws will be enforced and order preserved. This essential of society was addressed when our Forefathers met to revise the Articles of Confederation. Since then, our Constitution has become the subject of revision and interpretation by those … Read more
Just this past May, the Vermont legislature passed Act 122 (S.259), the Climate Superfund Bill also known as “Make Big Oil Pay!” The idea behind it is that Vermont taxpayers will blow $600,000 hiring a bunch of consultants and bureaucrats to manufacture a sciencey-looking, totally serious – no really — accounting of the damage done … Read more
After the Secret Service fiasco, we all witnessed over the weekend, many people are questioning the women in the Secret Service and the ones running the organization. This may be a good time for us all to ask the question, does DEI set women up to fail? DEI has become an important component of the … Read more
Many of us woke to the conspiracy theory-worthy news that someone bet big against the future of Donald Trump ‘days’ before some kid tried to blow his head off. My natural reaction was that this was way too obvious a move but not beyond the pale, so I looked for more details. So, on July … Read more
It appears that the only regret that Manchester-Dem (Woke-Communist) State Rep Alissandra Murray has about the failed assassination-attempt is that it failed. Her X (twitter) does not even contain the de rigueur (and in many cases likely insincere) rejection of political violence that other Woke-Communists felt obliged to post. Instead, she claims that she has … Read more
They warned us that climate chaos (climate change?) was going to affect US air quality and if we can trust Government data (something that seems harder and harder to do lately). Emphasis mine, reformatted: Even as our economy got better – WAY better: So lots more money and way less pollutants:
