Feel the burn has a different meaning at my house. We like hot and spicy. We eat salsa on chips and use it in recipes. But the stuff has become increasingly difficult to locate.
I was sent shopping earlier today and can honestly say I’ve never seen so many empty shelves in the supermarkets. Not all of them but large gaps all over. I had to go to two stores to find a bag of frozen broccoli; that’s never happened before.
My NHnative Dad came home from Vietnam to NH, took off that uniform, and put one on for a local trucking company. He climbed out of the cab fairly recently to finally retire, he drove right up to age 67.
