Democrats are big on emotion, obfuscation, misdirection, fear, and lies. So, the DNC figured a lawsuit against Trump for colluding with Russia to hack their computers was a win. Not so much. A federal judge has tossed it noting that their “argument is entirely divorced from the facts.”
A court has dismissed the lawsuit against the Washington Post brought by Covington student Nicholas Sandmann. In the decision, the judge noted that the publications statements were non-actionable opinions.
Lawsuits are not uncommon for large companies like Facebook. What might be, at least to some folks, is when the company lawyer says Facebook can’t violate something that does not exist. They are talking about privacy.

Following the original judgment for 11.2 Million in damages, the Jury in Gibson’s Bakery v Oberlin College has awarded additional punitive damages of 22 million. All because, in their opinion, Oberlin’s involvement showed malice toward the local business owner.
After Jack Phillips and Masterpiece Cake Shop won in the nation’s highest Court, Autumn Scardina, a pesky liberal lawyer sued him for discrimination again. That suit got tossed, but at the time I asked, “What are the odds there will be a round three?”
Long story short some black students were arrested for shoplifting at Gibson’s Bakery. SJW staff and students from neighboring Oberlin College (including a Dean), claimed Gibson’s was racist. Gibson’s claimed their accusations were false and harmed their business. A jury just awarded the Bakery $11.2 million in damages.
When Mr. Trump failed to get enough funding for the Border Wall, he looked for unspent authorized funds elsewhere. Democrats immediately filed a suit to block the Executive Branch from using that money to secure the southern border. A judge just threw it out.
