Mass. Bill H4750 Turns Big Brother Into Your Daddy

The State of Massachusetts is a hair’s breadth away from changing the meaning of family at the most nascent level of government involvement – the birth certificate.  The House Ways and Means Committee voted 40-0 to adopt the bill H.4750 after several rounds of amendments which will move it along to the senate for final … Read more

Heavy Metal Dark Chocolate Bugaloo

It is impossible not to write clickbait headlines … sometimes. And that’s not because there are not a lot of reasons to use them. It seems that people, despite their dislike, can’t NOT click on them. Maybe the same way you can’t NOT look at a road accident you are passing contributing to the rubber-necker … Read more

Unarmed And Untrained, And Headed Into Harms Way

According to Sgt. Jeremiah Gates (Arapahoe County Sheriff/Denver Co.), drones are the future of Law enforcement. Can you imagine the sorts of drones police might want to use? Yes, I’ve got some questions about Privacy and the Surveillance State, but more importantly, when will they begin upgrading to the urban assault versions of petite Predator Drones? … Read more

Night Cap: Proper and Overdue

It wasn’t as if Harrison Butker addressed the students of Yale, Harvard, or some other nefarious communist institution! Rather, Butker spoke to the graduating class at the Christian-oriented Benedictine College, located deep within the heart of America’s “fly-over country!” So, why all this ruckus?

Also Our Hearts

It’s a foregone conclusion that young minds are being successfully bombarded by any tidbit of crap which will decimate America, but it’s more than our minds; it’s our hearts that these evil-doers have also targeted. The Multicultural Destruction of Vermont

A person from New York recently purchased the 54-acre property next door to the house I rent in Brookfield, Vermont. I contacted him and told him I’d keep an eye on the place and ask him whether I could pasture my sheep and/or cows on the fields that he now owns (originally part of the farm we rent).

It’s Good to Be Right

kensley It’s OK to be right wing Yes, that’s correct— there’s nothing bad about being Right wing. US citizens and many all around the world have for decades been attacked by corporatist propagandists who slander the political Right. Correspondingly, the very nature of being on the Right entails conservative mentality— tolerance, turning the other cheek, … Read more

Night Cap: “Gay” Whales and The Queer Movement

Is it a bad day for your narrative when you have to stoop this low to justify a kink? We’re talking about whales. Male whales. One is reported to have attempted some form of whale-like penetration of the other, possibly without its consent. #MeToo? #BeleiveallWhales. Why bring it up?
