In an amusing week for Carol Shea-Porter, in which she almost sounded McCarthyesque in her suspicions of Chinese communist cash infiltrations into the campaigns of domestic candidates, how long can it be before she blames her 2010 election loss on Global Warming?
You heard me right.
It’s been 57 days since Carol "I wasn’t saying the Chinese cost me my election" Shea-Porter lost and she has still not called the winner to congratulate him and concede the race personally. This is a woman scorned, trapped in a world of denial, in which it is acceptable to ignore the big business, special interest international/domestic union machine that funded her own campaign while continuing to make offhand remarks about foreign and special interest money that doesn’t even exist as is she has to keep working off the same talking points palm card until the DNC sends her a new one.
Disgraced left wing rube and soon-to-be former Pelosi-Party Representative to New Hampshire Carol SEIU-Porter hit the pages of this mornings Union Leader like fingernails on a chalkboard. But it is a familiar sound. In fact I believe she has just plagiarized her own 2006 campaign web site. We’ve got irresponsible spending, two wars we could not afford, I’m just itching to play the song ‘Reminiscing’ by the Little River Band while I read it.
Nothing says banking, special interests, or rich SOB’s like George Soros. So as you contemplate all the things you have to be thankful for, one of which has to include the defeat of Carol Shea-Porter just a few weeks ago, ask yourself why the guy who has spent hundreds of millions of dollars and fronted dozens of groups, for the sole purpose of destroying America from within, has a family interest in the political fortunes of the soon to be former congresswoman from CD-01?
Blue Hampshire has a nice post about how Carol Seiu-Porter, the daughter of a WWII vet, married to a former serviceman, stands up for veterans and the military. (I have synopsized.)
NH Employment Services has released its October report for the most recent New Hampshire jobs data and it’s not good for John Lynch. The state continues to lose its human capital. The granite state shed another 360 workers in August to parts unknown as the post ‘end of the recession’ exodus of our civilian workforce rose to 16,550. So from July 2009 to Aug 2010, 16,550 people gave up looking for work in John Lynch’s New Hampshire, ‘Lynch-Marched’ right out of our local job market. That doesn’t happen in a healthy pro job-growth environment. If John Lynch and the democrats were really doing their political ‘best’ the Civilian work force would be rising as people felt compelled to come here to look for work because more business and industry though of New Hampshire as a business friendly environment. But it’s not. It’s hostile.
Shea-Porter is clinging to the idea that the health care bill she deemed passed will create jobs. But like most progressive undertakings it will destroy two to three times as many jobs as are forced into existence by the distant, egg head, committee appointees in DC. Net loss, ship sinks, economy drowns.
Carol Shea-Porter is earning over 170,000.00 dollars per year as a member of the US House. (That’s $120,000.00 more per year than the national average for the rest of us.) Her husband, whose income remains a mystery–perfectly legal as I understand it–has an extensive military background (for which he deserves our thanks) and appears to be employed by the government as well. So it is safe to say that he’s making good money. In fact, odds are good he is making twice as much as his private sector counterpart.
