Dear Mayor Donchess:
A functional definition of Fascism is to use the government’s coercive power to force businesses to bend to government diktats. Thus, de facto control of those businesses passes to the government even if, on paper, the legal owners retain title.
The City of Nashua has required masks indoors for months (except for the ‘crats in Town Hall, or so I hear). Not one of the surrounding communities has a mask mandate. So, it might surprise some that today Nashua has gone code red from a COVID19 infection spike.
The leadership of the state government of New Hampshire has failed the good people of this State. The Governor, the Attorney General, The Speaker of the House of Representatives, the President of the Senate, and many local municipalities have all violated the laws of the land.

Thank you for your investigation of the Nashua Teachers Union’s actions in response to my complaint submitted on October 30, 2019. I’m writing to you in response to your letter dated September 28, 2020, where you concluded that there was no NTU electioneering in Nashua.

Why: In a letter dated September 18, 2020, the Superintendent of the Nashua Public School District delayed in-person learning until January 2021, except for a small population of IEP students, Kindergarten, and Grade 1.
Mayor Jim Donchess vented at a recent Nashua Board of Aldermen meeting to justify the new legal manager positions to process Right-to-Know requests. He came down hard on myself and another citizen who are simply requesting public documents to understand what is happening in our city government.
Individual rights are to Popular Sovereignty, as State’s rights are to Federalism; integral and unalienable! Our Federal form of government, a dual sovereignty style of governance, balances States’ rights and National authority in an institutional model that reflects the primordial political relationship between the minority (i.e. individual rights) and the majority (i.e. popular sovereignty).
On more than one occasion, Governor Sununu has said that life in the state might not fully return to normal until there is a vaccine. What does this mean? Not everyone wants an experimental Covid vaccine. Does Sununu intend to vaccinate everyone — without their consent forcibly?

Thursday, First Lady Melania Trump visited the unit at Concord Hospital for babies born suffering from drug withdrawal. The program keeps the mothers and newborns together and they provide alternate therapies for the babies as well as medical treatment. They also provide care for the mothers’ substance abuse.
