Such SOARING views in Gunstock Mountain Resort marketing materials. Don’t you just love the speed in following the zip lines or skiers headed downslope? Used to be hard and expensive to get such a shot – now, it’s almost trivial. Find a drone driver, agree to terms, and off you go! I just sent off … Read more

August 9, 2022August 9, 2022 Skip

And no, it wasn’t Matt Mowers (who blew us off at the last minute) – he got zero votes from the GraniteGrok writers. I hope that helps you determine who you’d vote for come September’s New Hampshire Primary.

November 12, 2024August 9, 2022 Jim Betti

General consensus assumes students granted admission to places like Harvard, Yale and Amherst are indoctrinated into “Wokeness”. A Harvard Crimson {Harvard’s student paper} survey has demonstrated this is not the case.

Advice or a Warning to the Next Republican Legisalture at Every Level of Government

August 9, 2022 Steve MacDonald

The outcome of elections is never inevitable, less so when one side can lock out observers or pretend boxes, suitcases, or trucks full of ballots appearing in the middle of the night is not suspicious. But this November does not look good for team blue.

Extremist

August 9, 2022 Op-Ed

Beware, citizens, radicals, and extremists are roaming the countryside. That’s what all those signs littering the streets would have you believe. Oddly enough they seem to consider Freedom to be a radical concept. This, in the ‘land of the free,’ doesn’t make sense. In order to understand what’s really going on, you need to consider … Read more

Peel the Onion of Inflation Reduction

August 9, 2022 Ray Cardello

Bernie Sanders was honest, rare for a Senator, when he said this bill was not accurately named. The Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) will do nothing to change the trajectory of our rising inflation. The most optimistic say this bill will reduce inflation by .25%, but over two years. So much for this inflation being transitory.

Is There a Rhino in the House?

August 17, 2022August 9, 2022 Op-Ed

A six-hour meeting was scheduled by The Resolve to begin at 4 pm last Friday, August 5, with the goal of slimming down the list of legislative candidates for the Sept 13 primary. You might think that only the very dedicated would travel to Wolfeboro for such a grueling session, but I counted 150 in the audience.

The Biden Administration Summed Up In One Short Video

August 9, 2022August 9, 2022 Steve MacDonald

The latest bit of pork and mirrors to come out of Congress is the Inflation Reduction Act, more appropriately named the IRS inflation Act. It will inflate the IRS, who will then Lois Lerner whomever the ‘crats (Demo or Bureau) decide has won the 5 AM raid Lottery

Crowning Achievement or Final Nail in the Coffin

August 9, 2022 Ray Cardello

You cannot make this stuff up. These were two consecutive sentences from Senator Ben Cardin (D-MD) on FOX News Sunday. We are going to completely pay for the Inflation Reduction Act by raising taxes on companies with revenues over $1 Billion and on wealthy Americans who have been able to avoid paying taxes to this … Read more

Jan. 6 Extravaganza Intended to Divert Voters’ Attention from How Democrat Control Failed

August 8, 2022 Don

It’s been said that prosecutors can indict a ham sandwich. Soviet Secret Police Chief Beria said, “Show me the man and I’ll show you the crime.” For seven years Democrats, and others enriched by big government, alleged that Donald Trump committed many crimes, including treason. Trump’s opponents spent over $100 million in tax dollars trying … Read more

If Improving Public Health Was the Goal the “COVID Shots” Did the Opposite (And It’s Getting Harder to Hide)

August 8, 2022 Steve MacDonald

We’ve known or suspected since the summer and fall of 2021 that the COVID “vaccines” create immune issues that make you more susceptible to infection. Doctors brave enough to speak the truth warned us, and we later discovered the NIH and CDC knew about the risk.

So Belknap County Attorney Andrew Livernois Lied (By Omission) To Give Cover for Last Week’s Illegal County Delegation Meeting.

August 8, 2022 Skip

My impression of Andrew Livernois’s answer: EVERYTHING in the Law is a “grey area” (so go do what you want). And now the Delegation is getting sued over it. Like I said here, NH State Rep Harry Bean broke the Law after being manipulated into whipping himself into a frenzy to be seen as getting … Read more

Proud Boys, Free Staters Are Responses to Radical Leftism

August 8, 2022 Steve Earle

Who are these terrible “Free Staters” I keep seeing people write about? Are they rioting, looting, burning, assaulting, or even killing (like the Black Lives Matter/Antifa movements did)? Missed it on the news and like the “Proud Boys,” this names is kind of new and being alleged as somehow huge dangers to Democracy. Really? Where … Read more
