Certainly that forms a bulwark that will protect Obama’s legislative agenda – any lower court appeals has to run through it.  The Supreme Court gets a whole lot harder to get to and I believe that will bottle up a lot of suits that could be overturned.  Thus, “fundamentally transforming” the judicial system to skew, not just Liberal but as far Left as possible has become much easier.  How best to continue onward to a post-Constitutional Republic than by having judges making rules that will be making us Constitutionalists’s eyes squirt blood when we compare those rulings against traditional Constitutional values.  For example, what Obama’s pronouncement that the Senate was not in session simply on his say so in terms of NLRB appointments?  And then put his Union buddies on the NLRB and crowded out the opposition – he packed that Administrative entity.

And that is the greater and much more serious problem.

WASHINGTON — The nation’s largest news organizations lodged a complaint Thursday against the White House for imposing unprecedented limitations on photojournalists covering President Barack Obama, which they say have harmed the public’s ability to monitor its own government.

“Journalists are routinely being denied the right to photograph or videotape the president while he is performing his official duties,” according to a letter the organizations sent to the White House. “As surely as if they were placing a hand over a journalist’s camera lens, officials in this administration are blocking the public from having an independent view of important functions of the executive branch of government.”

You can’t make this stuff up, but first things first. Who is Mark Glaze? Glaze is the Executive Director for Michael Bloomberg’s Mayors Against Illegal Guns (MAIG). He is also a wind bag and a doofus. Back in August he was on Hardball with Chris Matthews. During the segment he managed to outdo Joe Biden in self-defense commentary. Chris Matthews asked Glaze if he considered an attacker wielding and axe handle rose to the level of meriting an armed response.  Here is the exchange:

Matthews: “Would you consider the guy with the axe handle, armed or not?”

Glaze: “Well, not with a gun.”

Matthews: “No? would you call him —well, I call him armed.”

Glaze: “Well, I have a word for him, I have a word for him. I grew up in Colorado where my dad was a gun dealer and a guy who shoots somebody who has anything other than a gun when they could have done something else like talk or fight with their fists…”

Matthews: “Well, how do you talk to a guy with an axe handle?”

Glaze: “Well, you might fight him. You run away. You de-escalate the situation. I mean, thats the way it was.”

We here at the ‘Grok have fought expanding Medicaid here in NH – and regardless of what the Progressives are howling about (yes, tonite’s Word of the Night is howling) about being heartlessness, cheap, cold-hearted and all of the other words they’ve used in their attempts of plying emotions, we’ve argued on platforms:

• Is it part of the Republican Platform?
• Is it allowable under the US Constitution?  The NH Constitution (e.g., the Rule of Law)?
• Is it the Proper Role of Government – or is the the Proper Role of Citizen Responsibility instead?
• What are the practical pitfalls of this endeavor?  Will it truly and merely serve the poor, or can / will it be politicized?
• The Democrats cry rivers about helping “their fellow man” while We have asked “when does the expansion stop – when is enough, enough?
• Will it be subject to verifiable and quantifiable objects that can’t be gained (e.g., kill it if it isn’t working)?
• Is it being used as just another stepping stone to move the Overton Window further Leftward?
• Why are we voluntarily submitting the State of NH to “strings attached / never Free money” that helps to further nationalize an entire industry?
