There Is No Science Supporting Sununu’s Decision to Keep NH Schools Closed

Back on April 16th, I posted about Sununu’s decision to keep New Hampshire schools closed for the remainder of the school-year:

Reopening schools, based on the Ferguson model … which as you may recall initially predicted 2.2 million COVID deaths in the United States (versus the current projection of 69,000) … would cause an additional 1.58 to 3.16 deaths.

Just a quick update. The 1.58 to 3.13 deaths projection is probably overstated:

Bottom line: Children are at ZERO risk from COVID. Children are ZERO risk to give COVID to others. There is ZERO … ZERO … science supporting Sununu’s decision to keep the schools closed.
