Hello September! Wait, Where’d August Go?

Summer slips away quickly when you’re busy — blogging, for example. Soon we’ll be forced to look across our laptops at autumn leaves that need raking. Wondering to ourselves, if we have them, where’d my kids go?

Mine are all at work or sitting in a college classroom somewhere.  When they are here, it’s like having tenants who eat all your food. Say hi in the hall. The occasional, hey, we’re out of milk. But I still get to say, yo! pick up after yourself. And they occasionally listen.

Good times.

We’re also having “good times” at GraniteGrok.com.  There was no summer slowdown. Well, if that was the slowdown the upcoming colder months are going to be an impressive feat in traffic records for this site.

Thank you.

As is our practice, at the end of every month, I like to share the most popular content from that month. The articles that got the most attention. And here they are.

For some strange reason whose depths I’ve not had time to plumb, we only get a top 9 for August. Feel free to add your own number ten from among the hundreds of new posts we added last month.

Click the link to read it again or to check it out if you missed it.

And as always, thanks for reading!
