Deroy MurdockCare of Townhall.com

Say what you will about Donald J. Trump. The president of the United States is focused on big things. He is keeping his promises to restore prosperity to a nation that endured eight years of economic stasis under Obama. Trump is making America competitive again, in part through robust deregulation. He is slashing taxes and launched a game-changing 21 percent corporate levy. The commander-in-chief is giving veterans broader choices in healthcare and making it easier to sack VA staffers who fail them.

Only Trump Could “Go” To North Korea

Donald Trump Kim John Un Singapore, HandshakeMr. Trump met with North Korean Dictator Kim Jong Un. They sat, talked, signed a joint statement, and parted on what appeared to be good terms.

Back in the U.S., the reaction was no less polarized than anything else Mr. Trump does, but many were at least impressed with the fact that, given where we were a few months ago, this even happened.

It reminds me of the Vulcan Proverb; Only Nixon could go to China.

Russians getting to you, Bob?

From the “we’re already ignoring the Constitution” files, Minister of Mopery, Herr Mueller, has decided that he can indict people without having to provide evidence for the indictment to those he has charged.

Special counsel Robert Mueller and his deputy Rush Atkinson filed a 14-page motion Tuesday arguing that the government shouldn’t have to release certain evidence to indicted Russian company Concord Management and Consulting LLC due to ongoing “interference operations” against the United States.

But,

In the United States, criminal defendants are entitled–by virtue of an almost sacred right–to view the evidence used against them. This right undergirds the basic foundation of America’s adversarial legal system.

Sununu May Veto Net Metering Expansion and Fuel Diversity Bill

vetoThere’s a rumor goin’ round that Gov Sununu is planning to veto two pieces of legislation. The first, SB446, would drive up electric rates by forcing companies like EverSource to buy more green energy at retail rates (instead of wholesale) for qualified “green energy” from anyone who generates it in the State.

Grok Poll (Works, Now!)- Would You Vote Republican In Nov. to Keep Nancy Pelosi from Becoming Speaker?

Pelosi-stands for illegals and not for Americans

Update – Sorry for not realizing the poll was fubar. I believe this has been corrected and you should be able to vote now. If not please let me know.

It’s still early but the current forecast shows the U.S. House could flip to a Democrat Majority by one seat.

That one seat probably makes Nancy Pelosi Speaker of the Chamber which means New Hampshire could decide whether or not we get two years of her radical nonsense or the nation is saved from her clownish leadership.

Does that matter to you?
