Antifa: now taking away BOTH our First and Second Amendment Rights?

Antifa – the new brownshirts of the Democrat Socialists.  It really is what they are – the newest version of the Klan and the Nazi / Mussolini brownshirts; few leading Democrats have it suitable to disavow their riot provoking activities.  To summarize in simple terms, these “anti-fascists” believe that not all speech is permissible and that “hate speech” (which is anything to which they disagree with) is the same as actual physical violence.  Hence, they have the RIGHT to stop you from speaking in any way that they can, including fists, elbows, knees, legs, boots, bats, shields, tear gas, knives, and of course, swinging bike locks.  Dressed in black

Google – All in for Hillary? No – anybody / thing that’s NOT on the Right

Well!  It seems that all of Google were crying in their cups when Trump “stole” the Presidency from Hillary (“Not fair, it was HER turn and we were ALL with HER!”).  Brietbart got ahold of their TGIF video held after the election and it is clear that they aren’t happy.  This is not news to a lot of us that follow this kind of stuff – Eric Schmidt, former CEO and Chair, made no secret of supporting Obama to the max and many of Google’s (and other Silicon Valley companies) engineers took “Sabbaticals” to staff up his and Hillary’s campaign tech crews (in addition to doing a bunch of spin-offs in the same vein).

This shows the ideological bent of these folks back in 2016 and we knew it existed well before that. The highly publicized event of a Google Engineer, James Damore, who was fired simply for questioning Google’s diversity policies really started to wake up us “non-WOKE” folks along with the documented results of biased searches (as well as the demonitization or outright shutting down of various YouTube conservative channels (which is owned by Google)). What transpired before is now coming to screens near you.

Time to start thinking of Google and Youtube and the rest of them (e.g., Facebook, Twitter) as the online version of the Left’s Antifa?  SILENCE!!!

Have we been down this Sununu road before?

I took a LOT of crap for writing this post about then US Senator John E. Sununu’s lack of campaigning – and Jeanne Shaheen cleaned his campaign clock and took his seat away. So I ask once again – how much campaigning has one seen from latest / youngest scion of the Super Sununu family lately?  Not a heck of a lot from what I’ve seen or heard – and he seems rather proud of it as I’m now just watching him on WMUR’s News. In a piece contrasting Molly Kelly (upping her Primary hastings efforts now towards the General election a few scant weeks from now), there’s Chris:

September 11 – We still remember (bumped)

9/11 Falling man

Updated (again) and bumped from 9/11/12: I just reread this – angrily.  For you see, our President, whose main responsibility is to the Constitution, the nation, and its people – to keep them safe.  Yet, this President, whose main policy is Determined Weakness, has no problem in using the might of the United States to protect, and worse, to ally this country with those whose hatred of this country cause the Falling Man to your left.  The MSM won’t show this picture, and no, they won’t make the explicit connection between Muslim Jihadis and the death of thousands.  For many of our fellow countrymen, death came quickly.  Twelve years later, I cannot fathom the fear, the emptiness, the futility, and worse, the aloneness of those that chose that last 30 seconds of their lives in jumping.  They stared at the Death that was coming from above, below and from behind – and cheat it but only in that they chose a different Death.

Never forget – and never forgive.  No, Mr. President Obama, too many Americans have died too soon  to have us aid those that caused Death to visit our shores simply because our Founders believed in the exceptional (and radical) idea that we can be self-governing in all things and to live our lives in ways we individually believe best.  But it seems, Mr. President, that you reject this idea (as do all Progressives) for your actions in Benghazi, in Libya, in Egypt, and desiring to do so again in Syria, you have thrown in with those that believe otherwise.  Jihadis, Islamists, Muslim Brotherhood; at each and every turn you have shown your preference for them over those that love our Constitution and its ideals.

Of Colin Kaepernick and Tom Burnett. Nike choose poorly

I still remember where I was when the news started to come in – just getting out of my Suburban and going into the local Epicor office; the news flashed over the radio.  I rigged up a TV in the office – a crowd gathered in silence, staring in horror.  Weeping and groans when the second plane hit the Twin Towers…

Fast forward to today, 17 years later, and Mike Rowe (of “Dirty Jobs” fame that lifted up those that do the jobs that most people wouldn’t do but has to be done to keep the wheels spinning in this modern world) levels Nike’s selection of a “hero” Colin Kaepernick by recounting the story of one of the true heroes of 9/11/2001 on board United Flight 93 that stopped the Islamic Jihadis from using yet another aircraft from harming our fellow countrymen (rumors was that it was supposed to hit the White House): Tom Burnett.

Executive Council District 4: “I don’t need to do anything to win because I’m Ted Gatsas!” – Part 3

Because he isn’t telling you.  And if he isn’t willing to tell you, what is your answer to this question: “Can I not worry about how he will vote because I don’t know what he stands for?“

That’s how I ended up with my last post – what does Ted Gatsas believe in? We dunno, or at least I don’t.  I’m quite sure there is a set of issues or a set of beliefs somewhere.  After all, he’s had a long political career here in NH: state senator, mayor (wanted to be Guv). Perhaps those websites said what he thought were the issues of the day and what he’d do about them – then. Now? As the Executive Councilor for District 4?  Not a whisper, not a word, not a syllable.  I don’t think one can say “Transparency” in the political world where there’s nothing there to be transparent about.

Apparently, Vicki Schwaegler didn’t like the information I included in rejecting the Biomass veto effort

That would be here due to the news that she actively politicking on overriding Gov. Sununu’s veto override on SB 365 and SB 446 instead of recusing herself from the efforts due to her family’s landholding. I was told that she decided to run again (originally she wasn’t) in no small amount due to getting the override done and promote Crony Capitalism / Corporate welfare (and I reject what a lot of Republicans are saying, in effect, “everybody is getting a subsidy so why not them because JOBS!”. Sorry, this is not the Proper Role of Government to force the population to have their money taken from them to give to corporate interests; in this case, pay higher electrical bills all over the State for a fairly few number of people.  This is fair?

I even got an email over this from the Grafton Registry of Deeds complaining about the post I did – that email thread after the jump. Silly person.

“I fully support the Second Amendment!” – no you don’t, Mr. Edwards (Republican candidate for NH CD-1)

First, let me state this: Groksters have decided to not put out an endorsement in the Republican Primary race in NH First Congressional District.  We’ve basically said “a pox on both their houses” for the dumpster fire that has become the norm this go around.  We interviewed both; an hour and a half with Andy Sanborn and two and a half with Eddie Edwards.  Both were gracious and we were allowed to ask pretty much any question that popped into our heads.  Both allowed us to video record their entire times and it was relayed that since not all of the Groksters couldn’t attend the sessions, we wanted them to be able to form their own views from the interviews.  We were also given permission, by both, to post the videos if we wanted to. To date, we have not.

Which brings me to the sign above.  It became clear that Mr. Edwards did not agree with it during our interview; I grow weary of politicians saying different things to different audiences. In this case, to we Groksters and then to others.

Previous post on Ted Gatsas insularity here.  I say that because it turns out that I haven’t been the only one trying to reach out to their campaign to arrange a debate between him and Jane Cormier.  Same result – no answers or blow offs.  You’d think that the Gatsas campaign, with all of his experience as a former NH State Senator, a former Manchester Mayor, and a former Republican candidate for Governor, he would be enthusiastic to show his expertise.  C’est la – I guess it isn’t to be.  The silence is deafening.
