Last week, the world’s leading authority on transgender treatment and surgery was caught with its non-binary pants down. Internal documents proved they knew hormone therapy in children could lead to cancer or death. Three days of mourning later, the UK’s health ministry and the NHS have banned them.
The South Dakota legislature has passed a bill that would make it illegal to perform gender “affirming” surgery or prescribe puberty blockers to minors in the state.
Back in the early 2000s, the FDA launched the Safety First Steering Committee (SFSC). It was started to address the safety concerns of marketed drugs of noteworthy concern to Americans. Once you’ve had an abortion, you can’t take it back, which is one of the many reasons we need pregnancy care centers. They will counsel you to keep the baby, but unlike the Left, if you choose abortion, that pregnancy center will counsel the former mother through the aftermath.
Wednesday, the NH Senate Judiciary Committee met to vote on HB619, which would ban genital sex reassignment surgery for kids. Sen. Cindy Rosenwald and Sen. Shannon Chandley pushed back against the bill. Sen. Chandley said, “We as legislators should not be engaging in the legislation of the practice of medicine.”
You’ll likely have heard the latest shot ’round the world. But, if not, a Democrat legislator in the New Hampshire House, speaking to his fellow members, said that while he supports transgender people, he could not condone surgical intervention on children.

The State Attorney General has a burning desire to address the negative effects of social media on young people. The Governor signed an executive order. The State Dept of Ed is expected to create a new curriculum to address it. But nothing about puberty blockers.
Given the scope and history of using government schools to “teach” sex ed, the idea that they’d get this wrong, too, makes sense. What do I mean?
