Andrew Hemingway is the CEO of Digital Acumen where he helps “build new technologies that help candidates win, causes to move forward, and committees to organize more efficiently.”  Andrew is a former chair of the Republican Liberty Caucus of New Hampshire (RLCNH) and a recent candidate for Chair of the NH-GOP.
