Parents in Hampton Falls became aware of the 2nd reading on an effort to adopt a policy that was recommended by The New Hampshire School Boards Association several years ago, Policy JBAB.

Another School Board (SAU21) Decides to Not Follow the Law
Got an email tip: “This is being passed stealthily through SAU21. Next board meeting is at Hampton Falls LAS school next Tuesday.” What do they mean by “this?” Policy JBAB. “SAU21 is a cooperative school district consisting of Hampton Falls, North Hampton, South Hampton, and Seabrook.”
Teacher: ” Whose Your Mommy?” – I’m Your Mommy Now!
I keep seeing things like this all the time popping up in reports from schools in which teachers are demonstrably telling students that their parents hate them – so we will be your parents. We ARE your parents – your biological ones don’t want you anymore. That’s the message teachers are sending kids.
Manchester School District – Aborting Parents from Their Child’s Life like Democrat’s Abort Children from Their Mom’s Lives
My original title was “Manchester School District Made Their Lying to Parents about Their Kids Even Worse – Policy JBAB,” but I don’t think that adequately conveys my feelings.
School District Lied* to a Mom About Turning Her Daughter Transgender So She’s Suing Them
Back in January, I wrote, “The Manchester School District Is Slowly Taking Away Your Rights as a Parent!” That has turned into a lawsuit. Mom is holding the District accountable for lying to her (*by deliberate omission).
And You Think That Govt School Are Being Straight with Parents? Not If They Are Being Trained Not To.
We have seen stories from all over the country where teachers as caretakers and educators of children assume “possession” of them as if they were their parents. And nothing says “possession” like telling the kiddos to lie to their real parents.
The Manchester School District Is Slowly Taking Away Your Rights as a Parent!
Editor’s Note: This Mom is writing about the NHSBA sponsored Policy JBAB (“Transgender and Non-Conforming Students”) which many NH School Districts including the Manchester School District, under the moniker of JBAB or similar, have enacted.
Who Knew that the NHSBA’s Policy JBAB was Instituted in Philadelphia?
Absolutely gobsmacking on this (well, not really, but it’s a good way to start a post). Who thought that such a large city as Philadelphia would incorporate dinky little NH School Board Association policy on “Transgender and Gender Non-Conforming Students” (otherwise known as Policy JBAB here in NH, Policy #252 in Philly)? But here is … Read more
Let’s Try Again – GrokInterview with Cornerstone’s Ian Huyett: Lawsuit over Exeter School District’s Speech Coercion Policy JBAB
I don’t know what’s gong on with GabTV but I keep getting complaints that the videos we are putting up are not behaving well: “stuttering,” video starts and then stops for good, the video stops but the audio keeps playing, and other scenarios in between.
Cornerstone’s Ian Huyett on the Lawsuit against the Exeter School District Policy –
It seems that the NH School Board Association (“NHSBA”) Policy JBAB is now getting the attention of people who value the First Amendment’s Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Religion (“free expression”) over the social mob’s outlook.
Gilford School Board: Yes, You’re Being Sued. And Yes, I Have Receipts
Yep, I made sure that the complaint could be seen as I let the Gilford School Board know they are going to “have a meeting” with the Judicial Branch. So, here it is: And the Summons which should delight the couple on the Board that thought this wasn’t live until they “got served”: Yes, … Read more
Why Would a School Board Not Want to Answer a Constituent’s Questions?
Why would a School Board not want to answer a constituent’s questions or concerns regarding their child’s education? Moreover, why would the Chairperson not respond to a right-to-know request pursuant to RSA 91-A that was submitted multiple times over the past year regarding public information?
The Gilford School Board Isn’t Too Happy with Me – Lots of Fun Last Night!
For almost a year I have been trying to get the Gilford School Board to answer my questions – meant to tell the Board that their policies don’t follow the Law.
The Gilford School Board Continues Its Easter Island Statue Routine
Sometimes when you want to be involved in stuff, you get involved in TOO much stuff and one loses track. However, events of the last couple of days have reminded me that I need to catch up on the Gilford School Board activities that really boil down to a simple root cause.
This Is How We Get Our Country Back
Last Tuesday was the latest Gilford School Board meeting and I think that “had a bit of steam up” would be technically correct and descriptive. While there are Public Comment sections in the Agenda, I still haven’t received an answer to a rather simple question:
Lying to Parents – Superintendent’s Response is Sheer Laziness – Beitler restarts “the pattern”
A bit of a recap here: The Gilford School Board, in its Policy JBAB, codifies Lying to Parents, either by commission or omission, when it comes to their children relative to their gender dysphoria/transgenderism. It has declared that, in this Dillon’s Rule state, that it has such power to grant a new Right to an Individual.
School Board Policy Codifies Lying to Parents – Superintendent’s Response is Sheer Laziness
I had kicked off yet another Right to Know (RSA 91:A) demand to my School Board to have them show me where they get the authority to lie to students’ Parents by either commission or omission (telling an untruth or leaving out the truthful bits).
This School Board Policy Codifies Lying to Parents
If your School Board has anything like ours, there is a GREAT little gem in there that allows the School Boards and the Staff to lie to you, the Parents, about your child.
UPDATE: “Tales from the School Districts”: The Meaning of a Word and How Much Longer a Wait?
As I posted yesterday, I’m kinda like the dog that finally caught the car bumper – but knowing that it is time to shake the car instead of doing the Scooby-Doo “Huh? Now what?”. I did end up going to our School Board meeting last night to ask the questions surrounding: 1) The meaning of … Read more
