As the era of mandated COVID-19 restrictions comes to a close today in New Hampshire, it is important to recognize that the threat to our Constitutionally guaranteed freedoms remains within the executive branch so long as the governor’s declared and extended state of emergency continues to be renewed.

Most NH House Dems Voted to Allow ‘Suspending’ Constitutional Rights
On April 9, the New Hampshire House voted to pass HB 440, also known as the Civil Liberties Defense Act or CLDA. This bill is a response to the fact that New Hampshire’s emergency powers laws have been interpreted by courts and state attorneys as allowing the governor to suspend constitutional rights during an emergency.

Hey, Governor Sununu – Your Former Supreme Court Justice says HB544 is Constitutionally Sound!
” The law is settled that when the government chooses to pursue policy objectives it may compel its employees to speak in support of those objectives as a condition of their employment. See Garcetti v. Ceballos, 547 U.S. 410, 421 (2006)”
So, Gov Sununu won’t swear in a duly elected NH House Representative? So what’s the hair across this time?
“They were sent to have me removed from the State House. ?!?!”
This was the reaction from Anne Copp whose constituents elected her to represent them in the NH State Legislature. The above was Governor Sununu’s answer to them when she arrived for an appointment with the Executive Council to be sworn in. You know, if Chris Sununu would just act according to the Rules to which he as sworn an oath to,

Time For A Voter Fraud History Lesson, NH
As we see an actual arrest and extradition of an out-of-state voter by the NH Attorney General’s Office it pays to look back at some old, but very relevant articles from the CNHT website. The facts are simple.
Project Veritas and James O’Keefe
Project Veritas and James O’Keefe steamrolled the Election Law Division of the NH Attorney General’s Office. This office has been whitewashing voter fraud for twenty years I know of. They use a series of tricks The Coalition of NH Taxpayers has been documenting since 2000.
1834 Speech to the NH General Court by NH Governor William Badger
Note the constant references to the NH Constitution as to how NH was to be governed. How often have we heard recent Governers swear such fealty to our Foundational document? What we get now is “Public Health trumps Everything” instead. -Skip
If Andru Volinsky wants to Cut Property Taxes, He Should Become a School Superintendent
Andru Volinsky, a candidate for governor of New Hampshire, has a problem understanding how property taxes are paid in the Granite State. He has lived here long enough to know that property taxes are paid at the local level and we have had, for several hundred years, Town Meetings where annual budgets are voted on … Read more
“Sununu has violated his oath of office and suspended his Constitutional obligations”

Memorandum of Law for The State – The Constitutional State of New Hampshire vs. the statutory “state” of New Hampshire
The State, the State of New Hampshire, was established by the people inhabiting the territory formally called The Province of New Hampshire. This “State” was established by its early inhabitants, who created a written document; a social compact called the Constitution of New Hampshire.
Democrat Jan Schmidt is a Bigger Threat to You Than this Virus (And she’s not Alone)
I’m confident when I say, there must be an email that went out to Democrats quoting the State Constitution. Years ago. Use “this” to justify your creeping tyranny. Or, in the case of Alderman (and NH House Rep) Jan Schmidt, it may be the only part of the document she needs to know.
Nashua Mask Edict: A Tyranny Imposed For The “Good” Of Its Victims
Recently, the CDC issued a mask recommendation. They’ve been wrong about many things regarding COVID so far, but I’ll credit them for continuing to try. I’ll take their advice under advisement.

Standing up Against the Assault on our Republic
In 2018, Democrats running for state representative seats in Concord proclaimed the need for bipartisanship. They won a majority in the House and Senate with their campaign promises. The truth became clear very soon after they swore their oath to our NH Constitution; they had the majority and they intended to subject the minority to … Read more
