Project Veritas and James O’Keefe steamrolled the Election Law Division of the NH Attorney General’s Office. This office has been whitewashing voter fraud for twenty years I know of. They use a series of tricks The Coalition of NH Taxpayers has been documenting since 2000.

Let’s take a look at Elections Division’s part of the AG’s web site:
Election Law
Part I, Article 11 of the New Hampshire Constitution provides, in part, that “[a]ll elections are to be free, and every inhabitant of the State of 18 years of age and upwards shall have an equal right to vote in any election.”
To safeguard this constitutional provision, and pursuant to RSA 7:6-c, the Legislature designates the Attorney General to enforce all election laws in New Hampshire. The Civil Bureau fulfills this responsibility and provides legal counsel to the Secretary of State, who administers elections throughout the State. Civil Bureau attorneys defend the State or the Secretary of State in actions before the Ballot Law Commission, Superior court and the Supreme Court.

First of all, one would notice a simple problem with the Elections Division quote from the NH State Constitution. It is so misleading.
They only use the first sentence that clearly states “every inhabitant” has and equal right to vote. But they ignore the DEFINITION of inhabitant clearly stated in the second sentence which defines an inhabitant as an inhabitant who has a DOMICILE:
[Art.] 11. [Elections and Elective Franchises.] All elections are to be free, and every inhabitant of the state of 18 years of age and upwards shall have an equal right to vote in any election. Every person shall be considered an inhabitant for the purposes of voting in the town, ward, or unincorporated place where he has his domicile.
After over twenty years of nonsensical debating of the meaning of DOMICILE the Elections Division simply forgets to put in their State Constitution quote.
Today, we see how, in the Project Veritas video, the lead “investigator,” Attorney Nicolas Chong Yen, tries to avoid being pinned down about the double voter in Lebanon by pretending he does not know of a “voter ID card.” As with the definitions of residence and domicile – maybe he can double talk his way out of letting a Democrat activist avoid prosecution.
These sophomoric tricks are getting a bit weary.
Hats off to James O’Keefe for putting a pry bar into NH’s voter fraud source.
