Dear Attorney General:
I have filed (Nov. 4th) a serious complaint concerning fraudulent advertising practices for the sale of health insurance of which bait and switch, pricing more expensive/compared to the stated promise of savings on the same services, promises of a contract not fulfilled as advertised, and a demeaning of the competition- all to sell the contracts which were deceitfully misrepresented to myself and, it appears as of now, another 22,000 NH citizens. For instance Barry Obama and a number of other individuals within his influence who sold these plans publicly conducted a fraud based on the guidelines of the CPA stated on your web page which- says even if the contract is legal:

Last week, as I was reading Londonderry Patch, I came across Marc Fortier’s October 29 entry entitled, “Assault Weapons Ban, Higher Speed Limits and Gambling“. Fortin writes, “New Hampshire lawmakers will debate these and other controversial issues in the upcoming legislative session.” Fortier also informs, “Friday was the deadline for members of the New Hampshire Senate to submit Legislative Service Requests for 2014.” I give a big hat tip to Marc Fortier because none of the mainstream newspapers have really talked about what is in store for Legislative Service Requests.

Remembering Veterans Day

I find it relatively easy to remember those veterans, especially family members and loved ones who have taken up arms in defense of this nation. Often times, the conditions can be tough, families are separated and financial challenges abound, not to mention when we lose that person on the battlefields.
It is veterans day today that I share the story of one Private Edward W, Allord. 393rd Regiment, 1st Battalion, 99th Infantry Division, C Company. Private Allord was a family man. He had a wife and three very young daughters, named Priscilla, Katherine and Dorothy. When the call came the 29-year-old Private Allord left his job as a carpenter in December of 1944…Left his wife Priscilla May…and his three young girls, Prisclla, Katherine and Dorothy, off to fight the Nazis in Germany.
On March 17, 1945 near Ramagen, while engaged in heavy fighting with the ArmeeKorps LIII, under the command of Capt. Willi Bratge, Private Allord was killed in action, leaving behind his wife and three very young children. His last letter home was written March 11, 1945 from Germany.
The State Religion
If belief in God were nothing more than a notion produced by human beings, an electrochemical fabrication of the human mind expressed to explain, comfort, or persuade others, what makes the idea of atheism any different?
You can’t articulate the absence of belief based on your biochemically manufactured worldview without making the act of expressing atheism (to explain, comfort, or persuade) an electrochemical manifestation of the human mind competing with other similar “projections” for public space
The moment you seek redress or pursue legal action to promote the absence of religious expression, censuring all others, you are seeking statutory domination of public thought (or the electromechanical expression of a worldview) by force.
Looking For Money In the Federal Budget For Programs?
For the Democrats in any state clamoring for more revenue and crying out to “help those in need™”; to those Democrats who insist we send it to DC before your representatives-to-the-state-from-the-federal government horse-trade (our horses) to get it back; to those Democrats who still think spending over $70 billion a year on the Federal Department of education is actually good for local schools, students, teachers, and parents and refuses to let one dime of that money stay in the states it comes from–how about this then?
In fiscal year 2013 (just 2013) your blessed Federal Government (Peace be upon it) spent $22,195,000,000.00 (That’s 22.194 Billion dollars) on “global warming.”
Gosh, and I thought it was only the TEA Party candidates that lost Republican races….

Why We Should Pass On An Even Bigger Glass of Medic-Ade
We’ve already given you plenty to chew on when it comes to the wild abandon with which New Hampshire’s progressives are clamoring for billions in Federal buy-offs.
The Republican Senate is happily negotiating out surrender to DC with some spin, but at the end of the day Billions come with strings, which become webs that entangle us. Local control and responsibility appear to be sacrifices they are willing to offer up to the DC Gods in exchange for not having to explain why taking it is still the wrong thing to do.
The Democrats are to DC cash like sharks to blood in the water. They don’t care if in the long run we (and by we I mean taxpayers) lose hundreds of millions in the deal, they just want to sink their socialist canines into Federal money; they like the strings, webs, and entanglements that inevitably choke and constrain us. Any chance to give up local control and they are there.

The federal government shutdown may have distorted the US employment report for October — but not the US economy.
Blowing away expectations, the Labor Department reported a surprisingly large 204,000 gain in October non-farm payrolls vs. a 125,000 consensus. Add in a combined a 60,000 upward revision to job gains in August and September and the three-month average is 202,000 vs. 154,000 in the August-October period in 2012. Capital Economics:
Apparently, the near three-week Federal government shutdown had little, if any, impact on payrolls. Manufacturing increased by a healthy 19,000, construction increased by 11,000 and retail increased by 44,000. … the US economy appears to be overcoming a summer swoon.

WHY IS THE GOP / NH GOP IN TROUBLE?
Let’s get to the Nitty Gritty of this “discussion”: There is a tremendous split in the Republican Party – and especially in the NH GOP. And for three extremely binary reasons – each this or that and never the twain they’ll meet.
1. Don’t Talk About it
And we never ever discuss it when we all get together in these groups or understand why it is there. Oh, I do – very well. After all, I have been thinking about this for a long time and writing about it for a long time.
It’s like “Hey, we found this important tin can we’ve been looking for – but only keep scratching the surface – but thinking we’re done. The can never gets opened to see the void inside, that dark place where few are fearless in treading. Instead of trying to figure out “what is this chasm”, the can scratch seems to be enough and then victory is always declared and “We must unite because we’re Republicans!”
Ditto for the rest of the Groksters…but a lot of times, we are seen as the agitators…
