Barack Obama is guilty of fraud — serial fraud — that is orders of magnitude more serious than frauds the Justice Department routinely prosecutes, and that courts punish harshly. The victims will be out billions of dollars, quite apart from other anxiety and disruption that will befall them.
The president will not be prosecuted, of course, but that is immaterial. As discussed here before, the remedy for profound presidential corruption is political, not legal. The new ad shows a woman holding a packet of birth control pills, while a suave-looking young man stands next to her with his arm around her waist.
The caption reads: “OMG, he’s hot! Let’s hope he’s as easy to get as this birth control. My health insurance covers the pill, which means all I have to worry about is getting him between the covers.”

There is no explanation for the doubling of my premiums other than the fact that it is subsidizing other people. They need to be honest about it that that’s the reason why they don’t want to change it because they are basically taking the people who are responsible enough to get healthcare insurance in the individual market and asking them to subsidize other people. So they are taking young healthy people and asking them to subsidize other people.

On October 6, our esteemed Grok Chief Skip informed the Grok audience of one Moonbat from Hampton Falls who had submitted LSR’s seeking to ban assault weapons and large-capacity ammunition magazines, require registration for each firearm a person owns or possesses and requiring background checks for firearm sales.

A quick survey of public statements made by the Druid quickly resolves the, “why” behind the bills: She is a leftist nutter. So Where is NH Senator Jeanne Shaheen on The Federal Effort To Overturn State Laws on Abortion?
I like to ask people who support abortion (under any or all of the euphemisms they employ) how it feels to be a womb survivor?
“Must be nice to breathe air so you can drag it across your vocal cords to justify denying that right to others.”
That is what this all comes down to. They only survived the womb because someone else didn’t kill them (or were not permitted to kill them) and then make excuses for why they were entitled to do it. They didn’t or couldn’t kill you.
Choice, rights, reproductive freedoms, are all fancy terms no different than the acts of tyrant’s who observe that someone’s continued presence represents a measure of current or future inconvenience that must be removed. “Everything they would ever be” is denied them by an arbitrary act based solely on the will of someone with the means and opportunity.

It is a paltry 181 pages and a quick skim shows a repeal of the existing scheme, changes to tax credits, beefing up of HSA’s, malpractice reform, no federal funding for abortion, keeps protections for people with existing conditions…and that’s a very rough appraisal lacking in detail. Sorry.
We should try to crowd source this and figure out what is in it before anyone tries to pass it regardless.
No, this stands no chance in the current obstructionist Democrat Senate.
No, Obama would ever sign it, so a veto proof majority would be required and is very unlikely but….this is more serious than just voting against something, and much like the need to wait to prosecute the crimes of the Obama Administration until after he can no longer pardon them, this or any improved version would need to be in the pipeline for fast action should we manage to elect a president and complaint congress more interested in what works for us than for the lefts control-freak political agenda.

Last week, as I was reading Londonderry Patch, I came across Marc Fortier’s October 29 entry entitled, “Assault Weapons Ban, Higher Speed Limits and Gambling“. Fortin writes, “New Hampshire lawmakers will debate these and other controversial issues in the upcoming legislative session.” Fortier also informs, “Friday was the deadline for members of the New Hampshire Senate to submit Legislative Service Requests for 2014.” I give a big hat tip to Marc Fortier because none of the mainstream newspapers have really talked about what is in store for Legislative Service Requests.
