Not just 2020 IIRC. They can “geotrack” all sorts of things but can’t figure out even one perp for this??? No cameras ever caught even a single truck offloading these despite cameras being ubiquitous in most large cities? Can’t track a single truck’s license plate? Can’t pull brick purchases from hardware stores and cross-check where they go? Nothing? Nothing? These things just appear like they were teleported and nobody can find even a single clue?
