Faced With Lawsuits Bay State Repeals Flu Vaccine Mandate

Massachusetts, once the cradle of liberty, is now a bureaucrat’s Disneyland. They would rather tax and regulate the tea than dump it in the harbor these days. So the Department of Health (and inhuman services)had no problem declaring that ye shall be vaccinated, or else!

Or else what? No school for you.

It “would have required all children over the age of 6 months attending Massachusetts childcare, pre-school, kindergarten, K-12 or college to get the flu vaccine by Feb. 28.”

Really? If I refuse to get the vaccine, you won’t let me attend your crappy schools? I know, not much of a threat.

Not to mention the epic stupidity. Healthy people under 30 (at least in NH) have nothing to fear from this virus. But when it comes to sending officers to eat out our substance, the Bay State is a national treasure.

The Department of Public Health (DPH) bespoke its mandate, and somebody sued them. And after a bit of consideration, they blinked.

The injunction was filed in conjunction with a lawsuit alleging the mandate was unlawful and therefore unenforceable. The lawsuit, filed in December 2020, in Massachusetts Superior Court by a Massachusetts mother on behalf of her graduate student daughter was funded by Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN).

We’re talking about the flu, not the Rona, but I expect the Rona be in there or on deck.

Flu vaccines, as the article notes, are not terribly effective. “Dr. Paul Sax, clinical director of the Division of Infectious Diseases at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, told Boston25 News the flu shot is not always effective:

“In a good year the flu shot is 60% effective, while in a bad year it’s 10% to 30% effective. The flu vaccine is not our best vaccine. You know it has some warts. For one, it has to be given every year.”

The Rona is just the flu, people. It is less dangerous to young people (as a virus) but more dangerous to them wielded as a political weapon. And that threat to public health has not been much of a concern, if any.

So, yes, I’m surprised Massachusetts backed off their demandate. Will it last? Who can say. With a mountain of federal support about to crash down on us, states like Massachusetts may feel emboldened to ignore objectors of conscience. Heck, even New Hampshire’s vaccine Emergency Order was issued with no exemption for religious beliefs. EO 76 also suspended your right to privacy by mandating all vaccinations be reported to a registry.

It’s not just the Blue States like Massachusetts, for whom we must watch out.

The Covidism is everywhere, even when the COVID is not.
