The DEMAND was that we take down the image of her daughter who had threatened a Conservative on Facebook (and either Facebook agreed and took it down or was deleted as it did seem like an imminent threat – as in END THIS WOMAN”):
I had told NH State Rep Jan Schmidt what the GraniteGrok process was to make such a request:
- In what post is the image in (give me the URL as with 34,000 posts, I’m not looking for it due to time constraints)
- What is the reason for it (You also have to give me a legitimate reason (e.g., NH RSA) why it should be taken down and explain in detail.
- I would then research the post, make a decision, and inform her what that decision was.
So, what did I get in return? No answers to my questions (emphasis mine):

Heckofva “target” – threatening harm? Note she didn’t bother to enumerate the reason. No acknowledgment at all at what Heather Day had done against “another human“. Instead, Jan Schmidt, in that first line, tried the rhetorical trick of covering herself with emotion and then making a victim out of her daughter. In the second, she wants me to forget anything that she’s done before. Like the removal of Constitutional rights (the most egregious of all).
I dryly note that I have screenshots of Jan PRAISING her “fragile” daughter for issuing that threat:
Jan Schmidt: Sweetie, all you did was stand up to a bully, which was just right and good, and I love you like crazy for it.
Sound more like Jan was really joyous of what her daughter did – you? Do you think that is the both the mark of a “fragile” daughter and a mom that is horrified over what was said? No, me neither. So, a “twisting” of words and saying one thing to one audience and another completely different to me.
And all that Beth Scaer is doing is posting up what Jan Schmidt has actually said. We’ve done the same thing but added commentary to it. This is the new “hate speech” of the Left – how DARE you quote me! I will see you silenced and off the Public Square. No debate, no argument, no discussion – just Silence.
Continuing on: “I’m asking for a human response from another human.” Er, no. To ask that requires that first that Jan Schmidt was acting towards me and GraniteGrok all the time – she hasn’t, not a bit. But was it merely a political ploy because I extended “grace” to someone who definitely was showing contriteness and repentance (more on that in a minute) and expected the same? Go ahead look and look at Schmidt’s DEMAND vs the apology that was given out of the blue (and her first one was even better and personal) and ask yourself – equivalent?
Because of past performance, I considered the present to be of the same manipulative type. My response:

I just did that and as an Evangelical Christian, extended a bit of “grace” to the young lady that called me a <a most vile thing> in that Nashua Politics thread and will take down my post about her on GraniteGrok. Why?
She apologized. She repented. She, right now, is writing an apology to put up on GraniteGrok and I will take my post down about her in reciprocation.

You, however, have never apologized from when you lied about us and the Merrimack Police Protection for the female NH State Reps even after given multiple chances to do so. You ignored the results of the RSA 91-A results we got back from them (no such protection was ever offered or paid for). You’ve continued to hold to that even though you’ve been changing your story over time (we have the screenshots).
In fact from what I hear, you are doubling down and are looking to contact our hosting company to have us shutdown forever (like you did to Josh Moore’s site). Further, you / your friends are planning to file a class action lawsuit against us in order to legally harm us. Thus, you have shown us no repentance at all.
Or mercy or even the willingness for what used to be the normal give and take that is politics (you say something, we say something. Repeat). Nada, nein, nothing. She doesn’t want the debate. She doesn’t even want us in the Public Square.
And an email saying EXACTLY what I told my hosting company was going to arrive, did.
And we have more friends than you know that let us know these things.You also have failed to carry out what I said you must do before I make a decision.
I will give one more chance to follow my direction per my standard operating procedures.
