Today Senate Bill 116, aka “Constitutional Carry”, was voted on by the full senate. Despite the majority of their constituents wanting them to pass SB 116, Democrats voted how their party leaders told them to vote and voted against it. Senators who were already getting railed for being sexists provided more ammunition today (that deserves its own follow-up story so stay tuned).

Senator Hosmer claimed he’d help domestic abuse victims. He LIED.
I don’t know how I happened upon this but back in 2012 I wrote an article about the ‘Most DEPSICABLE political flier in the 2012 election cycle‘. It was an ad for Senator Hosmer sent out by the vile Ray Buckley (now we know who Hosmer is parroting when he was condescending, sexist and rude to Susan Olsen). That ad caused me to look at where the story originated and I found something quite interesting.

Yesterday, Susan Olsen, former chairwoman for the Women’s Defense League of New Hampshire and current Legislative Director, sent an email to the entire New Hampshire Senate regarding SB 116 (email below). Some of her responses were simply canned “thank you for your email” while others were in support of the bill. There was one response from a Democrat Senator that was so condescending, misogynist and rude it begs to be shared.
Cenergistic pulls out of Windham; Fails in Rochester
On Friday (see email below), Adam Steel, Business Administrator for the Windham School District, alerted the school board that Cenergistic has withdrawn their proposal. The day before, the superintendent of Rochester Schools sent a letter alerting Cenergistic that they are withdrawing from their contract as well. Apparently the Rochester School Board pushed through the same type of contract that the Windham School Board was trying to push through – little public input; not in the budget; no research done on the company and no one on the school board reviewed the contract before they were being asked to vote on it.

Senator David Pierce was the only Senator who voted against SB 116 on the Judiciary Committee. His excuses were lackluster and void of facts.
New Hampshire’s overwhelming support for ‘Constitutional Carry’
Yesterday was the Senate Judiciary Committee on SB 116. A bill that makes getting a pistol license optional, allowing legal gun owners to concealed carry without having to go through the license process. There was 4.5 hours of testimony throughout the day. Only four people stood in opposition to the bill and three of them were paid representatives of organizations; the fourth was a person who doesn’t believe in individual rights over the ‘collective’.
UPDATED: Did the Windham School Board violate municipal law?
Yesterday the vice chairman of the Windham School Board, Dennis Senibaldi, was on Girard At Large to discuss the Cenergistic debacle that was first reported here on Monday. Senibaldi made the claim that as a board member he not only reviewed the proposal and did his research but that he also put his full trust into Adam Steel. Steel is Windham’s business administrator who recommended the board approve the proposal.
Windham School Board calls police on resident over ‘no bid’ contract
Yesterday this author was contacted about disturbing things that appear to be happening in Windham. The Windham School Board seems to be out of control and has resorted to calling the police on the public when they dare speak out of turn. Apparently the Windham School Board wants taxpayers and parents to simply sit down and shut up when they disagree with outrageous and useless spending.
Why didn’t the Windham School Board research Cenergistic?
As reported earlier today, the Windham School Board pushed through an over $500,000 proposal with a company called Cenergistic. This company was formerly Energy Education Incorporated and changed their name within the past couple of years. According to Cenergistic’s own website, they have 3 other school districts as clients in New Hampshire: Claremont, Londonderry and Nashua. Unfortunately there’s a slight problem. Cenergistic is not registered to do business in New Hampshire.
Senator Watters protests police with Communist-loving Missouri lawmaker
NH Senator David Watters (Democrat from District 4) took a trip to Washington D.C. recently for a Planned Parenthood legislative session. He proudly posted a photo of his little trip to visit with the young teen abusing organization on Twitter. While Watters was in D.C. he also decided to partake in a ‘Die-In’ to protest the Ferguson grand jury ruling (and the police because… #blacklivesmatter). Ironic because black babies are aborted at astronomical rates by Planned Parenthood every year. An organization that was started by racist Margaret Sanger.
NH Democrats make fools of themselves demanding this Republican resign
On Tuesday, the New Hampshire Democrat Party released a statement demanding Representative Frank Guinta call for House Majority Whip Steve Scalise (R-LA) to resign. Why? Apparently 12 years ago, Scalise spoke at a gathering of a group that had ties to a white supremacist group. Scalise admitted he spoke at the gathering but didn’t realize their ties and has apologized.
The absolute irony and outrageous hypocrisy of Democrats like Ray Buckley, Chair of the NHDP, is they revered Democrat Robert Byrd, Senator for years, who was actually aleader in the Ku Klux Klan. The man was heavily involved in the Klan for years yet Democrats loved him. Scalise speaks at a gathering of constituents, not knowing their ties, and Buckley demands he resign?

Yesterday Seacoastonline posted a story about Democrats in New Hampshire who insist on pushing more gun control next legislative session. This is despite New Hampshire being the “Safest State in America” as well as being rated the state with the “Best Quality of Life” by the OECD for having the lowest crime rate in the country. These facts don’t matter to the deranged gun control crowd.

Moms Demand Action ‘Grubers’ their supporters with fairy tale facts
Yesterday Moms Demand Action put out a shocking alert claiming that there have been nearly 100 school shootings since Sandy Hook. They took the information from a Bloomberg funded organization and as usual, ran with it rather than verifying any of the facts. Once again their fairytale facts have been debunked over at Truth About Guns.
The study these women are pushing is claiming suicides, gang shootings and other shootings that happened near schools as “school shootings.” The majority of the shootings had nothing to do with schools nor were the schools in any danger due to these shootings. Of course, facts never get in the way of the outrageous lies pushed by these harpies in order to push more gun control.
Cushing pushing to create more victims with gun control
Yesterday Reuters announced that State legislators in each of the 50 states have formed the “American State Legislators for Gun Violence Prevention” (ASLGVP). In other words, anti-2nd Amendment extremists have formed a coalition, most likely paid for with funds from billionaires with armed security (they haven’t release funders yet), have decided to further push gun control legislation across the country.
In a release from the organization, they announced the legislators who attended the meeting. One of the legislators is Robert (Renny) Cushing, Democrat from Hampton. Even though New Hampshire was named the “Safest State in America“, Cushing apparently feels pushing gun control is at the top of his list of importance as the new session takes hold.
Did the NH Senate give birth to the “Speaker Scam” in the House?
In what was often an insanely frustrating (the live feed kept going down) and sometimes amusing election for Speaker of the House on Wednesday, Republican Representative Shawn Jasper was elected as Speaker by a majority of Democrats. The majority in the Republican Caucus voted for O’Brien.
If you recall, the Republican race for Speaker was originally between Bill O’Brien and Gene Chandler. That had its own drama when Senator Kelly Ayotte, John Sununu and some other “Establishment’” types urged Republicans to back Chandler. When Chandler lost his bid and backed O’Brien, most just assumed O’Brien would become the next Speaker of the House.
Flash forward to Tuesday. Rumors swirled around NH politics that Jasper and others were up to no good. It appeared they were working with some to make sure O’Brien didn’t become the speaker. For some reason, the Establishment was afraid that O’Brien wouldn’t be the speaker they needed to gear up for the 2016 races in which Senator Ayotte is running for re-election and of course the Presidential election. Clearly they don’t seem to know much about Jasper’s personality in the House. How did this all come about?
It has been confirmed by multiple sources that Senator Jeanie Forrester was indeed making phone calls to Republican Representatives to support Jasper.
Moonbats of Massachusetts embarrass themselves again – over the Nutcracker
Once again the moonbats in Marxichusetts have decided to embarrass themselves. At a school in Belmont, a trip to see the Nutcracker Ballet was cancelled because some parents found there to be ‘questionable material’ in the production. From EAGNews:
The Butler Elementary School PTA in Belmont, Massachusetts makes an annual trip to the Nutcracker ballet, but this year, some parents complained the show has portions of the show that some viewers may find offensive.
At the PTA meeting, parents were supposedly told they were being “discriminatory” if they supported their children attending the production, WHDH reports.
The PTA “secretly” canceled the trip.

Ferguson riots did nothing but further devastate the Black Community
Last night after the Grand Jury’s findings resulted in no indictment for Officer Wilson in the shooting of Michael Brown; protesters in Ferguson, Missouri took to the streets. They did not peacefully protest the results but destroyed their community. They burned down businesses, cars and anything they felt like burning down. The protesters looted and destroyed the businesses they didn’t burn.
An elderly man on oxygen was carjacked and then run over with his car according to a CBS news reporter on the scene. Shots rang out across the city and many were injured. What exactly did the rioting achieve? Absolutely nothing but to further devastate the black community.
