Dominion Voting systems have been the whipping boy (girl, non-binary-genderless-carbon-based life-foom) of the election integrity folks for years. Dominion got mad and finally sued FoxNews, and how’s that going?
While Dan Richard has been fighting in having his NH Constitutional Right to serve a Remonstrance to the NH House and Senate, he has now embarked, on Constitutional grounds again, on the legality of using the 4-decade-old practice of using Dominion’s electronic voting machines over the 200+ year tradition of hand counting.
Remember that time, at post-election camp, when all the anti-Trumpers insisted on (at least) three things. (1) Dominion voting machines were not connected to the internet so (2) they could not be tampered with, (3) therefore no one hacked them.
Not since a bus with 19 out-of-state AmeriCorps workers voted in Deerfield, NH from a fake address on a fake road have we seen such a case of potential voter fraud as “The Windham Scandal.”

There is much discussion about the flaws and failures (and corruptibility) of voting machines these days. And as the Dominion system faces scrutiny, the Left – pining for a Biden Presidency – is calling it bunk. A desperate conspiracy theory. One that Democrat Senators warned us about in 2019.

Having previously posted on Lou Gargiulo’s report concerning ballot irregularities observed and researched during the November 2023 NH State Senate District 24 election, there was another element to the NH Ballot Law Commission meeting.
NH currently allows only one type of voting machine to be used in NH elections. Those voting machines use 1980s technology, and they are clearly at the end of their life.
Electronic voting systems results have often been scrutinized (ask Democrats after Trump won in 2016), but not like they did after the 2020 elections. Mathematical improbability amplified common irregularities as election integrity came under intense scrutiny.

New Hampshire’s voting machines known as the AccuVote OS are owned by Dominion Voting Systems. Dominion is a foreign corporation domiciled in Canada which partners with software systems capable of flipping votes.
