Parents Defending Education has a summary of the 1,040 School Districts in which School Boards have abused their Powers (Government has Powers, Individuals have Rights) in forcing their staff members, including teachers, to lie to Parents concerning the transgender/gender dysphoria of their children when asked (either tangentially or directly).
From the mid-West back to the East Coast, here’s another School District telling Teachers to use a students’ chosen pronouns but NOT tell the Parents.
Anyone serious about cutting local property taxes has to look at school spending. Administrative overhead, the unproductive labor part of the budget, is killing your rates and is probably already out of control. A problem to which districts like to add with every budget cycle.
SAU16/Exeter used to be one of the top districts in the state. People moved to the district so their kids could attend a school district with an excellent reputation.
On June 14, 2021, The SAU16 Joint School Board, along with Superintendent, Dr. David Ryan, held their first “in-person” meeting in over a year. The following night, The Exeter Regional Cooperative School Board (with Dr. Ryan), then held their first “in-person” meeting in over a year.
Recently a student attending the Cooperative Middle School in Exeter (SAU 16) was told that he could not wear the Thin Blue Line Flag in school. But school administrators have allowed students to wear the American flag and the Pride Flag.

The Thin Blue Line Flag is one of several that the Left has tried to frame as racist. That’s their schtick. If it opposes one of their political priorities, they label it as bigoted, agist, ableist, sexist, or racist.
If you attended the anti-White DEI-J information session at Exeter High School on August 19, 2021, you may recall Superintendent Ryan’s shoutout to DEI-J team member Jake Goodwin. Goodwin has been awarded New Hampshire History Teacher of the Year by the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History.
Stephan Lewis was a former Wildcat running back inducted into UNH Hall of Fame in 2012. He also happens to be the athletic director for the SAU16 Cooperative Middle School. The kids love him.

Another lawsuit was filed against SAU16/Exeter’s superintendent David Ryan. So far I’ve counted four lawsuits in the last few months. The first involved a teacher who removed a student from class when he wore a Thin Blue Line Flag during a day when students could wear flags that represented their views.
It’s hard to believe, Superintendent David Ryan failed to oversee final preparations for protecting prom attendees from Covid. He is, after all, the Exeter High School superintendent responsible for the actions of his subordinates.
As stories like my previous post and this one keep coming out, one has to be thinking: What the heck is the School Board members thinking? Where is their oversight over what is being taught?
