“The Good Guys,” a Response

First, let me say that Spec Bowers has a history of doing good work, and I praise that.  However, I have some problems with his new piece called “The Good Guys.” I will get into that, but I first give public thanks to him for identifying some House primaries of interest and pointing out the good in some people we mutually favor.  I will also mention that I’ve had no contact with that contributor, and it’s serendipity that the piece I’m about to discuss was in the works at the same time as my most recent piece featuring Rep Shane Sirois.

My previous piece was on Rep Moffett, to which he responded here. I considered writing a response to his response, but was advised to let the professionals finish mopping up, so to speak.  However, Spec’s piece creates an opportunity to say a few things, so let’s get started.

This is not a comprehensive response to all primaries mentioned, just a few that I’d like readers to know some supplemental information about and in the order they’re mentioned by Spec.

Belknap primaries are mentioned first and now is a good time to remind readers about what was happening with Gunstock two years ago at this time.  Please search the Grok archives, talk to some REAL GOOD GUYS/gals.  A few suggestions would be Dr Strang, Mr Sylvia, Norm Silber, Paul Terry, Barbara Comtois and Dawn Johnson.

In District 5, voters should know that Bordes and Bogert are enemies of 91A, and Littlefield is a member of the Lang Gang, as is Bordes.  Bordes is a favorite little darling of the Damn Emperor, so I agree with Spec’s view that Bordes is the one most deserving of elimination.

In District 6, voters should know that Harry Bean is both an enemy of 91A and a member of the Lang Gang.

In Bedford, voters should know that Linda Gould is an enemy of 91A and Ted Gorski voted to uncap Nashua in 2022.  HB 1342, which thankfully died in a House roll call, sought to sabotage the newly minted SB 52, which was an extra layer of defense against cap overrides.  Kristin Noble, the sponsor of HB 1093, is amazing and should be encouraged to follow the footsteps of Emily Phillips and primary Denise on “the other side of the wall” in 2026.

In Loudon, home to our amigo Jose and to Moffett, Spec picked up the slack and brought forth some less-known intel on the nonincumbent, Carolyn Virtue.  She was a Dem rep from 1999 to 2000, and I’d like to respond to Moffett’s recent statement.

In his piece, he said “Rep. Cambrils and I are longtime friends and colleagues. We sit near each other in Representatives Hall and vote similarly. I had no idea Carolyn (also a friend) was running until she gave me a courtesy call.”  And he also said that I “didn’t have the nerve or integrity to talk to”(Moffett or Jose).

I did hear from Jose and the important takeaway from that is Carolyn Virtue did NOT give him the same courtesy call that she gave Moffett.  Read that again, por favor, and let’s move on.

In Rockingham 4, voters should know that Kevin Pratt is an enemy of 91A and Tim Cahill is a very unstable individual.  Rep Moffett does not care for my prose in telling people to do their own fact-checking, but he is a Marine, and I will refer the Raymond local voters to fellow veteran Bob “Koochpix” Coutu for a discussion about stolen valor.  And let’s recognize Cindy Bennett, who’s an amazing fighter against Library Lewdness, a devout Godly woman, and Grokster.  She deserves a vote.

In Derry, I concur with Spec that Erica Layon is amazing.  Please join me in encouraging her to be another Emily Phillips.  Someone has to step up and flush out Regina in a primary on “the other side of the wall,” and I can’t think of a better addition to the senate in District 19.  As for the other candidates, voters should know that Reps Love and Potucek are enemies of 91A.

In Londonderry, I concur with Spec’s high regard for Kristine Perez and she would make an excellent 2026 primary opponent for Queen Sharon, but what about the other candidates?  Thomas, Lundgren and MacDonald are all enemies of 91A.

In Rockingham 30, Matt Sabourin dit Choinièreis definitely worthy of office.  He’s been campaigning with Emily Phillips and he’s attended most, if not all, of Nurse Terese & Co’s kangaroo court dates.  He’s also a veteran and a “bon ami.”  Voters should know that Khan is an enemy of 91A, but no ordinary one.  He’s worse because he crashed the House Judiciary executive session and managed to vote OTP on HB 1002.

And lastly, there’s Rockingham 30, which is Fremont, Brentwood, and Danville, the latter being home to Scott Wallace.  Think of me as the Office Space boss.  To Spec Bowers, I say, “yeaaaaah, I’m gonna have to go ahead and disagree with you there,” because he called Melissa Litchfield mediocre.  In a previous article, I discussed that race and how superior she is in vote-worthiness and Scott Wallace’s crimes against 91A.

My thanks again to Spec for starting the discussion and inspiring feedback.  Because I have no representation in the House, I have to envy the partial or mediocre representation available elsewhere.
