It’s a good thing the NH House is self quarantined from the statehouse because Grafton Dist 12 Democrat Garrett Muscatel is missing in action. Well, not missing so much as not residing at his “home address.” The one from which he ran for office in New Hampshire. That would be his ‘Dorm’ at Dartmouth.
“I am seeking a seat in the NH House of Representatives because of my love for this great State of NH and more specifically the towns of Canterbury and Loudon.
In a race for a seat he has almost no hope of losing (except if there is a primary), Dartmouth College Democrat Riley Gordon has followed Democrat Executive Councilor Andru Volinsky’s lead. He has blocked an opposing political voice on Twitter.
The Kent Street Coalition is a New Hampshire based social justice action group pushing progressive politics at the State House. Their co-founder, Louise Spencer has put forward an outrageous lie about Speaker Shurtleff in the Concord Monitor that cannot go unchallenged.
On Thursday, March 26th, the 603 Alliance will be holding an online presentation for prospective State Rep Candidates. GOP Town Chairs or others who are engaged in recruiting candidates are also encouraged to attend.
The self-proclaimed feminists of the New Hampshire Women’s Foundation have lost their way and no longer work to protect women’s rights. Instead, they consider any man who proclaims himself to be a woman to be eligible for women’s hard-fought-for rights, totally negating the purpose of having sex-specific rights for women.
This is not the sort of thing you expect from your Democrat-majority legislature, but we’re fans of giving credit when it is due. And it is due. HB1460 is a budget bill that incorporates line item detail at the local level. The Committee panned it 10-8, but the full House did something amazing.
