The Church Of Cheeseburgers And Fries

Does this come with Holy Wafers? There’s some dispute regarding appearance standards in which a young woman has insisted that her pierced nose is part of her religious beliefs.  Long story short–she does not want to remove the piercing on religious grounds because she is a member of the "Church of Body Modification."

The Church of Body Modification espouses an open minded approach to what it calls ancient body modification rites that are essential to spirituality.  Funny, that’s what most ancient body modification cultures said to justify ritual human sacrifice.  You know, removing the heart, chopping off heads, that sort of thing.  Had to do it to appease the gods.  Millions ‘modified.’

And aren’t clitorectomies and ancient religious form of body modification?  I wonder if they are tolerant of those as well?  Stoning women is another winner–not so much spiritual, but a religiously motivated modification none the less.

Going After Boxer

Here is a recent Carly Fiorina Ad putting boxer in the proper ruling class context–that she has used government to make herself into a millionaire while her own constituents are made to suffer from her failure to lead. And that is really what it comes down to. Since early 2009 the left has tried to … Read more

I Beg To Differ

An editorial in this morning’s UL attempts to suggest the voting results demonstrate a unique character to New Hampshire’s electorate but it makes some assumptions that to me seem a bit naive

That’s not to say the premise is wholly wrong, just that anyone who was really paying attention to the finer details during the primary would not have been fooled.

Ashooh, Mahoney To Aid Guinta Campaign

I’m not sure what that level of commitment entails, but symbolically it invites the supporters of both candidates to assist in the shared goal of removing a guaranteed vote for anything Pelosi proposes in all it’s destructive glory whether she is a majority or minority leader.

Hodespocrisy – Quick shot

Mr. Ethics, Paul "Hot Dog" Hodes (you know what’s inside hot dogs) still has a slew of Senate slime ball donors for me to review, but this caught my attention and I had to write it up. The top 20 recipients of Lobbyist funds in the 2010 cycle includes 15 democrats.  (That’s 15 out of … Read more

Can You See The Signs?

The Shahodesheaporter New Hampshicrat trio gave us the stimulus, all the waste and crony handouts buried inside it, the stupid rules that knee-capped job regular creation as only bureaucracy can, and the debt. Oh yeah–they spent 20 million on signs to tell us they were spending billions on…nothing.

The Dem’s Have A new Logo

This is the new Democrat party logo.  Just think Bullseye the "Target Dog," only this goes around the anus of the donkey.

Primary Night (scratch that) “Morning After” Update

The initial indications showing Frank Guinta with the lead have continued as the evening has developed but the race tightened with Rich Ashooh closing to withing a small percentage.  In the end Guinta prevailed with Sean Mahoney–who conceded early coming in third place. The Ovide/Kelly race is so close it still has not been called. … Read more

The NRSC Needs To Be Spanked Around Some More

The National RINO Senatorial Committee (NRSC) seems poised to deny the peoples choice in Delaware any of their precious treasure. Too bad some of that treasure comes from regular republicans like the people who selected Christine O’Donnell as their candidate for November.

Primary Day Open Thread [Updated]

Primary Election Day Open Thread. Why is your candidate the one who will win?  Why will your opponent lose? What do we need to focus on heading into November.  Get it out of your system because tomorrow we are all on the same team. After today we have but one opponent in every race and … Read more

Boom Baby! Milton Friedman Brings The Rain

I can’t thank Erik Erickson enough for posting this.   In two minutes Milton Friedman destroys Phil Donahue.  I don’t need to go on—let’s just enjoy it shall we?   Just look at Phil’s face. He’s beside his liberal self with nowhere to run. (updated)–I do want to point out, to Phil’s credit, that he is … Read more

NH House Dems Travel To Oz

The New Hampshire House democrats have themselves a new web page and I think someone needs to contact the Attorney General; they are guilty of false advertising.

A Place To Start–RINO’s For Lynch

RINO HuntingSkip made a good point (here).  That one of the reasons the baby killing, parent denying, taxing, spending, fund robbing, fibber John Lynch even has a shot at a "unprecedented fourth term" as governor, is because republicans vote for him.

He’s not a moderate.  He’s just a quiet liberal, you know the type. Well, no you don’t.  If you did, you would not vote for him.

While the pillory might be a bit excessive, knowledge is a powerful thing.  And so is history.  Back in 2008 Ed Naile was kind enough to publish the list for the ‘Republicans for John Lynch Steering committee.’

May we find them and steer them back to the right, or right out of the Republican party.

List on the jump. (Along with the town of residence at the time the list was compiled.)

Cost of Government Day

According to the Center for Fiscal Accountability, New Hampshire residents work 226.8 days to pay for the cost of government this year. So go ahead and celebrate. Everything you earn after August 14th is technically yours to keep.
Who would have thought they’d let you keep 138.2 days worth of income from a years worth of work? What a bargain.

Creative Options Wanted

The headline reads (Today’s Union Leader) "Panel Hears Creative Options For Closing Budget Hole."

Someone call governor Lynch, the Nashua Telegraph,(Keene Sentinel, etc) and the NHDP–last I heard the democrats and their media friends were claiming we had a "surplus."  Of course the ‘surplus’ was never sold in its proper context–as in, "hey I just found twenty dollars in the front pocket of my hoodie, another 100 million and that just leaves us with all the other debt we bonded and passed on to the next bunch of suckers."

No, they were plying media spin for weeks by impregnating the punch drunk minds of the public with the word "surplus."  Poppies…Poppies…. But the only surplus was surplus spin, which to those of us who have been paying any attention at all correctly identified as BS.

Something Stupid This Way Comes

Photo Credit-Red HampshirePaul Hodes August recess has afforded him the opportunity to engage in what he is calling his Wake up Washington Tour.   My first thought was…who is sleeping in the State of Washington and why does Paul Hodes want to wake them up?  As it turns out, he’s talking about the District of Columbia and how to deal with "Business as usual."

Paul Hodes is bringing his "Wake Up Washington" Tour across the Granite State!  Stop by an event near you to sit down with Paul and share your ideas about changing business as usual in Washington, standing up to the special interests, and rebuilding our economy for the middle class.

Paul is running for the U.S. Senate to be an independent voice for you, and no one else.  Join your neighbors and friends for some good food, great conversation, and the chance to learn more about Paul’s campaign.

I’m not entirely sure what business he’s talking about.  As part of the partisan majority Mr. Hodes has gone out of his way to ignore the will of the people.   He has voted for trillions in spending, grown debt and government, and funds his campaign with donations from the PAC’s of the Senatorial elite–cash rich entrenched democrats who are business as usual.  So my suggestion on how he can help–lose the election.
