“Equality” and “Diversity” are polar opposites in the real world. Difference and sameness do not coexist the way the cultural Marxist Kitchen suggests.

Not So “Pho Keene Great” Says City of Keene
Take Down the Sign.
The City of Keene has invoked their mighty powers (the Lease agreement) to prohibit a new business next to city hall from posting a sign in their window. The space is rented from the city. They have final say on whether any signage is permitted. And the name “Pho Keene Great” doesn’t love them long time. They … Read more
Keene City Manager Unhappy With Name of New Business – “Pho Keene Great”
A well known local enterpruneur in Keene, New Hampshire is stepping up. After running a successful food truck she’s taken her brand and her menu indoors. A full-service restaurant is coming soon that will feature her pho Noodle Soups. But the city isn’t too ‘keen’ on the name. Pho Keene Great.
Keene City Council Bans Sale of Nicotine Products
Last Thursday Keene City Councilors met and decided they know better. No one is surprised. Outraged, yes. But not surprised. Effective immediately it is illegal to sell any product with nicotine to anyone under the age of 21. That includes vaping products.
Keene, NH Poised to Ban Sale or Possession of Nicotine By Anyone Under the Age of 21
The dreary drama of nicotine shaming has been on tap all summer in Keene, New Hampshire. But the show appears to have reached its third and final act. In late October the city published the draft ordinance banning the “Purchase, Use, and Possession of Tobacco Products.”
Robin Hoods vs. Parking Enforcement Officers!

Robin Hoods win.
Heh: The Free State Project’s “Keeniacs” are at it again. It seems that a bunch of libertarians down in Keene have become modern-day Robin Hoods. (And, not incidentally, less money for the state/county/town or whatever level of government sucks up the parking ticket dough…which is a good thing. They also…
Because They Voted Where It Matters
Boston.com has an article today observing that pro-obama turnout in New Hampshire’s college towns is less than it was in 2008. There is very intentional mention of concerns (from folks like myself I assume) about out of state students being used to tip the election; but how no one could ever know how they’d vote, and about the promtion by Democrats of the idea that Republicans were tyring to keep them from voting which is why they should.
So much concern in one tiny little article, complete with deceptions, and a new narrative to plumb.
Well I just happen to have a very workable theory about why turnout in NH College towns was down–something I had not considered checking until now, thank you–and it ties directly to a well worn New Hampshire Democrat excuse about why they support out of state student voting in New Hampshire.
Soft Underbelly
NH House Rep Kris E Roberts, in a comment made over on the Marchand Group web site (a democrat campaign and advocacy consulting group) we see evidence of what I’ve suggested all along; that a vote for any democrat is a vote for the leadership’s agenda and little else. Kris is commenting at the … Read more
