Not So "Pho Keene Great" Says City of KeeneTake Down the Sign.

The City of Keene has invoked their mighty powers (the Lease agreement) to prohibit a new business next to city hall from posting a sign in their window. The space is rented from the city. They have final say on whether any signage is permitted. And the name “Pho Keene Great” doesn’t love them long time. They find it offensive. So while the pho noodle shop is still slated to open in a few months no signs are permitted.

If it’s in the lease it is. If Isabella signed it she agreed to the terms. There’s not a lot more you can say about that. But it’s no reason not to keep the publicity mill and free media exposure going. And we’re here to help.

I’ve never to my knowledge had pho noodle soup but sometime this spring GraniteGrok is still prepared to plan a GrokMeet at the location assuming she’ll have us and our readers. We’ll promote it, give the address, and post the banned sign on our site.
