The NH Executive Council (EC) rejected a $22M federal grant with a 4-1 vote on October 13, 2021. The purpose of the grant was to implement a federal program to track and manage the COVID-19 vaccine status of every NH resident.

The grant money is for a statewide database that will be managed by NH under the direction of the federal HHS (see contract language below). The collected data will be used by NH to implement the state’s COVID-19 vaccine management system. The data will also be shared with the federal government (see contract language below) and combined with the data from every other state, thereby creating a national COVID-19 vaccine tracking database.

Hassan has decided to ignore the striking similarities between her budget, the House version, and the Senate version, and has instead chosen to release her talking points to the professional left so they will be equipped to shout down anyone who dares point out the obvious.

The Federal Department of Health and (in)Human services has since dutifully complied and made “The Mandate” part and parcel with the Patient Affordable are Act. So when a business owner in Missouri filed a suit claiming that the mandate violated his religious rights the court had to answer the question–can the government make laws that force you to act in direct contradiction to your religious beliefs under threat of penalty?

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Are we Christians next to be tossed into Obama’s secular version of the Fiery Furnace simply for holding to religiously based beliefs other than what he is trying to establish with his latest Obamacare ruling? Certainly the Roman Catholic Church is square in his gunsights of the new Obamacare regulations set by Health and Human Services Sebelius. Yet, does not Obama understand that religious freedom was a prime impetus for the establishment of our country? Or just ignoring it to consolidate his power as he did in direct opposition to the Constitution when he has appointed unaccountable czars, has made “recess” appointments by unilaterally declaring the Senate in recess (even as it was not), and unilaterally changed large swaths of how Americans have to behave (shades of tin-plated despots everywhere). And all he has to do is use his Executive levers of powers of an overlarge Federal Government that has grown from the laziness of a Congress that refuses to take up its own responsibilities under and to the Constitution?
