What is the role of the Supreme Court at the state or federal level? The U.S. Supreme Court’s official website says, “First, as the highest court in the land (or state), it is the court of last resort for those looking for justice. Second, due to its power of judicial review, it plays an important role in ensuring that each branch of government recognizes the limits of its own power.”

PLAINTIFFS OBJECTION AND NON-ASSENT TO DEFENDANTS NOTICE OF INTENT TO REPLY TO PLAINTIFF’S FILINGS
Now comes the Plaintiff objecting to the Defendants notice of intent to reply to the Plaintiff’s filings. Said notice is the continued obstruction by the Defendants to attempt to circumvent and delay the Plaintiff’s motion for expedited hearing of relevant testimony.
I, Daniel Richard, pro se, have filed a complaint against Defendants CHRISTOPHER T. SUNUNU, DAVID SCANLAN, JOHN FORMELLA, SHERMAN PACKARD, CHUCK MORSE, KEITH N. LECLAIR, and DANIEL A. GOONAN, collectively I refer to as “Defendants” for trespassing on the Rights of the Plaintiff by exercising powers not delegated to them by the New Hampshire Constitution, and under the statutory laws of the State.
While Dan Richard has been fighting in having his NH Constitutional Right to serve a Remonstrance to the NH House and Senate, he has now embarked, on Constitutional grounds again, on the legality of using the 4-decade-old practice of using Dominion’s electronic voting machines over the 200+ year tradition of hand counting.
NH Resident Dan Richard has been granted an Emergency Hearing by the Rockingham County Superior Court, this Friday, September 9, 2022, at 1pm to seek a temporary and permanent injunction to prohibit the use of voting machines and to hand count ballots. This hearing is open to the public.

A Writ of Mandamus, for review, is a pleading to the Court system to order Government officials to do what they are supposed to do either under statute or Constitutionally. Dan Richard started a Remonstrance process (“seeking redress for grievances”) against a couple of gun control bills back in the last session: Shurtleff / Soucy (both Dems).
