Dan is looking to fill the courtroom! I, regrettably, cannot attend but if someone can bring a camera…

Dan Richard has received notification for his Supreme Court hearing on his Writ of Mandamus demanding that the State follow the Constitution and established Law (and only those Laws that conform to the Constitution – not those passed to “bypass” the Constitution. You know, the Legislature “doing it on the cheap” instead of the hard work to pass an official Constitutional Amendment by passing a bill through the House, the Senate, and the Governor and THEN putting it onto the ballot where We the People must pass it as well.

Good, Cheap, or Fast; pick two and call me back in the morning. The “Powers that be” at the time picked Cheap and Fast – not good. Now they are about to pay the price, I dearly hope, for going with Cheap instead of Good.

Anyways, enough rambling – bring on the hearing details. From Dan

So, let’s see what happens as the Primary Election Day is only 28 days away and the General Election is just less than 2 months hence.
