Superintendent Mike Flynn, Call on Line One From Marcy Kelley

First, let me say how proud we are to have been invited to the ground floor of what has become an out-of-control burning sh!t wagon. It began in Bow, where parents who peacefully supported girls-only sports teams (by wearing pink wristbands with XX on them) received no-trespass orders for that “conduct.”

A few weeks later, those wristbands, the lawsuit, the trans student playing in violation of state law, his convicted sex offender father, a girls’ team that refused to play, and a local Catholic Diocese – all in New Hampshire – are all national news (follow the breadcrumbs if you aren’t familiar with the story). And they are not about to get lonely.

Parents learning for the first time that the trans-identifying player’s out-on-bail-convicted-sex-offender-dad was at all his kid’s games have concerns. Marc Jaques was on release with restrictions, but until Marcy Kelley kicked the wasp nest, no one knew he was a convicted pedophile or not supposed to be around anyone under 18 years of age (with electronic devices). These revelations crept out of the woodwork as the newly minted activists Post-Bow ban) began to dig around.

Parents were alerted by private citizens who eventually contacted whatever passes for the Department of Justice (who had been Sgt. Schultzing all the while). Jaques has been rearrested and detained without bail pending legal counsel for violating his restrictions at girls’ high school soccer games.

Given that his original arrest included pasting the faces of young girls on naked bodies alongside possession of hundreds of child sex images and encouraging other pedos to contact a girl whose image he shared online, wondering if your daughter made the cut, is a reasonable concern.

Local and Federal Law Enforcement is taking a victory lap while thanking parents for doing law enforcement’s job. At the same time, a new, soon-to-be-nationally known New Hampshire name could be climbing on the burning shit wagon. Hopkinton School Superintendent Mike Flynn is under pressure to explain why Parents were not told that Jaques would be at their game against Kearsage (which happened before the re-arrest).

Hopkinton School Superintendent Michael Flynn said the school district could not legally prevent Jacques from attending the game. However, Flynn said his office did coordinate with local police and legal counsel to enact a safety plan for the game.

While the US Attorney’s Office claims Jaques’s restrictions do not prevent him from attending games (we disagree based on the court docs), how is it that Bow Superintendent Marcy Kelley can ban dads in pink wristbands, but Michael Flynn was helpless to address the attendance of convicted MAP Marc Jaques?

Parents just wanted to be told.

“We have notifications for school days being closed, snow days, we get notifications that bus is late. We should absolutely get notifications if there is a child predator in the area,” said Jason Smith, a Hopkinton parent. “We entrust the school to take care of our children when they are here and in their care, and it’s just a breach of that trust that we have with them.”

Misplaced trust for many reasons, to which you could add this: Hopkinton could have just as easily used the reason Bishop Brady should have used. If Kearsage is playing the transgirl, they are violating state law (HB1205). Make them forfeit. Refuse to play. But then that would appease a few parents, and they are less afraid of the parents than the gender warriors.

They also (I feel certain) don’t like that law (HB1205). They want boys to take girls’ spots on girls’ teams, their victories, trophies, scholarships, and athletic futures.

Given the current ideological majority at most public schools, defending minor-attracted persons is more important to them than a parent who thinks girls are at significantly increased risk of injury when forced to play against boys whose dads are convicted sex offenders.

So, you are wasting everyone’s time, and Mike Flynn synthesized that. The same schools whose hands are not tied when it comes to controlling your kids (masks, jabs, gender, etc.) can’t or won’t protect them unless it is from you.

Fear not. There is a cure. It is called local school board elections, but there’s a catch. You must select the replacements, get them elected, show up and support them at meetings, rinse, lather, and repeat. It is that or the burning shit wagon and its defenders who – if you watch the news – would rather keep you in the dark or have you arrested or banned than suffer through that which does not concern them.

Trust me, they expect this to all go away in a news cycle or two, and it will if you let it.
