As Predicted: School Gets Sued for Banning Parents Wearing Pink Wristbands

The petty tyrants in the Bow-Dunbarton School district are, as predicted, getting sued. But it’s even better than I imagined. The suit names a handful of entitled pricks from the peace officer sworn to protect and defend the Constitution who stood ready to arrest them (Lieutenant Phil Lamy) to the Superintendent (Marcy Kelley) and School Principal (Matt Fisk). The Bow Athletic Director, (Mike Desilets) as well as the referee (Steve Rossetti) that interrupted the game so everyone could witness the unconstitutional harassment, which – as we pointed out here, is the other thing that violated the law.

We’ll fisk the lawsuit itself when I get a copy.

The parents were denied the right to free speech and peaceful protest. Not mostly peaceful (fires, looting, violent crime, and fawning media coverage), actual peaceful protest. Video proved that from go, and I think everyone knew it, but Progs will be progs. It was a Liberal privilege problem. In their world, “Be You” means be them, and wearing pink wristbands with two Xs marked in Sharpie to support biological girls’ in sports is a disruption because it triggered snowflakes, which then caused one.

It’s your fault I’m so upset. Damn you, and your stupid right to free speech. I can imagine Superintendent Marcy Kelley like… well, this.

“My pretty” happened to be two dads but in the fantastical (and not so far away) land of the one-party dystopian future – the one that helps the proglodytes get to sleep at night – that would fly (without a broom), but we’re not there yet. Y’all still have to follow the law; in this instance, it is not on your side. Hence, a very expensive lesson is inbound because the Superintendent issued actual no-trespass orders banning those parents from upcoming games (one has since expired).

We’re big on free speech around here – It fuels what we do – so we’ll follow this closely, stay tuned.
