Belknap County Convention Budget Meeting

I haven’t been going very often, even as I should be, but can’t do everything.  As it was, I was a few minutes late to this meeting last night but did catch the ending of NH State Rep Dennis Fields ranting about the last meeting, his voting, the blizzard, his phone(s) – just a hot mess.  And from what I hear, this was one of his better behaved nites (and yes, I have recorded him before at such a meeting – a hotter mess).  All that said, it was rather a benign nite all around (except for County Administrator Debbie Shackett’s rather snippy said “Your welcome”‘s, especially back to Chair Collette Worseman – you know the phrasing and tonation: seeming very polite words but promising knives).

It is very obvious who the folks are that are trying to protect the taxpayers’ wallets – and who are not.  It is also rather easy to tell, having watched this go-round before, who puts Government first.

Why do We Work so Hard…?

Cadillac has a hybrid coup.  It’s a $75,000.00 dollar autombile, which puts it out of the range of all but a few.  This is a commercial for that car. As you watch you will sense a certain irony to this, Cadillac being a GM product and all, but the commercial is still awesome, and it … Read more

Mike Gill Interview with Nashua Patch on FRM Cover Up

Mike Gill is naming names as he continues to seek accountability from those involved in New Hampshire’s  FRM banking scandal and beyond.  Elected officials, judges, members of the banking committee, friends and family of people in State Government, and the AG’s office, are all implicated by Mr. Gill in the scheme and its cover up.

We had Mike on GrokTALK! last week (I’ll post that individual segment up today) but you can listen to him here as well, in part one of two from an interview he did with Nashua Patch.
