Three Obama campaigners drop Fuller Clark address

PORTSMOUTH — Three Obama for America campaign workers, who registered to vote using Sen. Martha Fuller Clark’s address, have been removed from the city’s voter list at their request, according to the City Clerk’s office.  The three are Bryan Gregory Griffith, Andrea Marie Riccio and Ellen Rose Whelan-Wuest. According to the clerk’s office, all recently wrote letters to the city asking to be removed from the voter checklist and the letters were referred to the city’s Board of Registers. The board met Tuesday and removed them from the voter checklist, the clerk’s office reported. Fuller Clark’s spokesman, Keith McCrea, said on Tuesday that the senator had no comment.Fuller Clark previously explained that Griffith worked for the Obama campaign and stayed at her home from last June or July, through December. Riccio, she said, was her 2008 campaign manager before moving to Washington, D.C. in 2009, and that she hadn’t lived or voted in New Hampshire since then. Fuller Clark said Whelan-Wuest worked for the Obama campaign in 2008.

But they STILL were on the voter checklist AFTER the state wide purge?  HOW was Andrea Marie Riccio still on the checklist?  Who asked that she NOT be removed?

I posted up about a school district being forced by the Federal Department of Justice to let a a guy who still has girl equipment be a guy in all aspects of school – bathrooms, locker rooms, teams.

The Arcadia Unified School District in Southern California will now allow a female ninth grade student to use the boys’ bathroom after the Department of Justice launched a discrimination investigation based on a complaint……the school district will take a number of steps to ensure that the student, whose gender identity is male and who has consistently and uniformly presented as a boy at school and in all other aspects of his life for several years, will be treated like other male students while attending school…

This is going to end up being a free for all, as I pointed out a bunch of “what POSSIBLY could go wrong” scenarios. Now, the whole State of California has just jumped all in too:

California Gov. Jerry Brown signed a controversial bill into law Monday afternoon allowing the state’s transgender public school students to choose which bathrooms they use and whether they participate in boy or girl sports.

The law would cover the state’s 6.2 million elementary and high school kids in public schools.

Peg Luksik  years ago explained to all of us how Outcome Based Ed (OBE) was failing children in public schools.  She is back to explain the numerous problems with Common Core.  By the way, OBE is back in NH but renamed “Competency Based Ed”.  Yes that’s right, numerous reasons NOT to walk down that path again, and under Commissioner Barry, NH students are going to walk that failed path.

But enough about the failures of OBE…aka…Competency Based Ed, let’s look at how Common Core is going to data mine your children, erode local control in education, push lousy academic standards in your schools and let YOU pay for it.

You may recall Ryan Fitzpatrick Flynn?  He was the professional campaigner who parachuted into Portsmouth just ahead of the November elections (in September of 2012) and registered to vote from Democrat State Senator Martha Fuller Clark’s home.   Well he appears to hail originally from Michigan.  That’s the beautiful state where Detroit happens to be.  I don’t hold that against them.

In Michigan they have laws that are meant to protect the integrity of the ballot box.  That way, they know that the people voting in their state on election day have met a slightly higher standard than some Democrat political party leaders vague understanding (or memory) of “intent” while allowing them to vote for her from her own home before slithering back to their real lives in their home states.

Voters in Michigan have made at least some small commitment to investing themselves in a life there, unlike New Hampshire, which is more like an Electoral whore house.

There is great value in ensuring that there are ample “entry-level” employment opportunities all across America, particularly in the current economy.  By entry-level I mean low wage positions that allow employers to take more risks with less skilled workers they are willing to train.  Let’s call it the employment equivalent of a property owner willing to build-to-suit for a lessee or renter.

The potential employee is raw material to be fashioned to meet the needs of that employers customers and who, if willing and able, can then improve their lot by demonstrating value, and acquiring skills, which then become useful to the employer and also in a broader range of other occupations.

A forced minimum wage tampers with this opportunity, even destroys it in many cases.

I hear a lot of excuses about how we have to let THOUSANDS of non-residents vote in NH because there is no way to determine their “INTENT.”

Once again, THOUSANDS of non-resident voters come here each election cycle, steal our votes and stay on the checklists for up to ten years.

Update and bumped:  9:53pm and a loyal reader emailed to let me know that, indeed, WMUR rewrote their post:

Savyon was known to the local community through his political activity. He unsuccessfully ran three times for state representative as a Republican, including a special-election loss in Feb. 2012. He was also active in Libertarian activities and events.

I still maintain that what KC did was wrong and that this is just barely different – only the FSP notation was dropped.

Would you, KC, have done the exact same thing if the distraught man had been a Democrat and part of the Democrat Socialists of America?  Or a member of the reconstituted SDS / Weathmen radical groups?  Let me add in the Communist Party of America?  Or any other group to the left or far left of center?

Why the hell would you have brought politics into this at all – unless you were aiming to do a hit job??

Having happily reported on last week’s New Hampshire State Supreme court decision regarding the meaning of ‘with’ as regards a weapon loaded or not; having then interviewed Evan Nappen not two days later on the same issue; we are happy to report that with a bit of a twist, New Hampshire now has, sort of, kind of, …almost, constitutional carry.

Evan Nappen put it like this…I’m paraphrasing.

Because of the clarification in the definition of a loaded weapon, and the fact that has always been legal to carry an unloaded weapon concealed, it is now possible to carry your weapon concealed and unloaded, with the loaded magazine near at hand, without having to acquire a permit.

As Grokster Steve captured here (“The Sustainable Development Challenge Grant program is also a step in implementing ‘‘Agenda 21, the Global Plan of Action on Sustainable Development,’’ signed by the United States at the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro in 1992.”), it IS all about Elites deciding “this is how you will live your lives”.  Oh yes, for those of you who accuse many of us of wearing the tin-foil hats, it is lines like that in the post title, what Steve caught, and the latest from HUD is that they will use the force of Government in re-writing local zoning to further “neighborhooddiversity” (but really to further the aim of Obama’s “regionalization”) that have our hackles up and furrows in our brows. We are supposed to be free – meaning to be free to decide things for ourselves.  A free country is NOT where the Government increasingly makes more and more decisions “on our behalf, for your own good” and then uses regulations and laws to make their choices, your choice.
