Planned Parenthood Clarifies Postion on “Access to Birth Control”

Kelly Ayotte’s campaign gave away free condoms at UNH. I joked on Twitter that, Not sure I'd trust #KellyCondoms if they are as reliable as her voting record. https://t.co/PLcd9SGZG0 — Steve Mac Donald (@TheRealNHSteve) October 3, 2016 Planned Parenthood’s PAC has since called her a hypocrite, claiming she consistently obstructs access to birth control. They actually … Read more

BlogHeadline of the Day – Kettle, Pot, Black

Hillary -Who Lost $6 Billion of YOUR MONEY at State Dept- Bashes Trump for Losing $1 Billion of HIS MONEY in Business This doesn’t even rise to the “but Johnny did that!” defense. (H/T: Gateway Pundit)

Really think about this one

Strange, I just can’t seem to recall where this is actually happening….give me a few minutes, it’ll come to me (or REALLY come to me, making it a real bad hair day.). (H/T: Powerline)

Let me count the ways….

All that tin and lead will make for an upset tummy.   Hmm, that goes for politicians as well, ‘specially the Progressive / Socialist ones. (H/T: Powerline)

After the show: links I used during the GrokTALK! interview with Steve

The Podcast is here.  Let’s start off with what would be a Blogline of the Day:

QUESTION ASKED: As social media thrives, why is Twitter falling behind?

Maybe because under CEO Jack Dorsey, Twitter has gone from being social media to social justice media.

So why bother with a company that hates the Right as it is demonstrably against those of us on the Right? Anyways, here’s the tweet that got Glenn Reynolds of Instapundit Twitter account suspended:

run-them-down

And this sums it up well:

Here, Glenn talks about getting shut down; a couple of snippets (emphasis mine):

This number called my house at least six times, maybe more, over the course of just a few hours last night. Anyone else plagued by this one? Did anyone pick up to see what it was and if so what?

Covering for “Horrible on Health Care” Hassan

hassanhighestbidderSylvia Kennedy, MD has been supporting Democrat campaigns with her cash for decades (she was part of Doctors for Dean in 2003) and from her soap box for almost as long. Today she has a letter to the editor in the Eagle Tribune apeing the”Maggie Hassan is the champion of family health care and Kelly Ayotte is not” because “Abortion” narrative.

And hey, Maggie supported a federal expansion of Medicaid in New Hampshire, so there. Huzzah!

In reality, Maggie’s record on “Health Care” (outside the left-wing Kool-Aid® drinking killing babies and creating dependency is compassion crowd) is a disaster.

The Cloward-Piven’ing of the EU is continuing; take notice

Alternatively: proving the Libertarian idea of open borders is a recipe for disaster. Emphasis mine: The continued flow of MENA [Middle East North Africa  -Skip] migrants into Europe remains the defining factor transforming the internal political dynamic in the European Union. The more than 1.5 million people who entered the EU last year, as well … Read more

Obama Administration: We’re training foreigners to take American IT jobs

Yep – overseen and given guidance by Hillary Clinton’s State Department, USAID is paying for newly minted Asian IT pros to offshore more American IT jobs away.  It’s one thing to compete but who came up with this plan to tilt the board against Americans?  If I remember right, Hillary did say, after saying that she wants to put all Appalachian coal miners out of business, that she wanted to retrain them, partly in IT.  So, kill their self-dependance and then kill their hopes in one fell swoop? Emphasis mine:

Despite President Obama’s pledge to retain more hi-tech jobs in the U.S., a federal agency run by a hand-picked Obama appointee has launched a $36 million program to train workers, including 3,000 specialists in IT and related functions, in South Asia… Following their training, the tech workers will be placed with outsourcing vendors in the region that provide offshore IT and business services to American companies looking to take advantage of the Asian subcontinent’s low labor costs.

Under director Rajiv Shah, the United States Agency for International Development will partner with private outsourcers in Sri Lanka to teach workers there advanced IT skills like Enterprise Java (Java EE) programming, as well as skills in business process outsourcing and call center support. USAID will also help the trainees brush up on their English language proficiency. USAID is contributing about $10 million to the effort…

So what are Americans to think when their own government is working to put them out of work?  I thought the purpose of the American Government was to, at the least, not hurt American jobs.

Virginia Democrat Caught Registering Dead People to Vote

NH Poll workers see dead peopleI would imagine, and hope, most people have seen the recent stories about the young college student who re-registered 19 deceased voters in Virginia. He was part of a young Democrats organization.

This student’s name is Andrew Spieles. He has admitted he did this, which is probably the best thing for his party and candidate of choice. I think everyone associated with registering dead people to vote would want this to go away – real fast.

Voting for Maggie Hassan is Suicide

One of Dem. Maggie Hassan’s PAC buddies have an attack Ad out against Sen. Ayotte claiming increased gun deaths in NH when there was only 4 gun related killings all year. The PAC includes suicides without saying so while claiming that Ayotte’s opposition to more pointless Democrat gun control legislation is to blame for their numbers. … Read more

Overthrowing the Age-Old Institution of Property Rights

The most formidable enemies of property rights are formidable precisely because they know better than to separate the issue of property rights from the issue of other freedoms, including freedom of conscience and religious liberty. They know better because they see that human beings are an odd integrity of souls and body. Marx is clear-sighted about … Read more

RE: INVESTIGATION INTO REPRESENTATIVE JOE LACHANCE, THE ELLIOT HOSPITAL, AND OBAMACARE MEDICAID EXPANSION HB 1696

location-in-manchester_elliot_hospitalFrom Aaron Day.

Dear Elliot Hospital:

Does your drug policy apply to your board members? In particular, does it apply to Representative Joe Lachance who served as a co-sponsor of Obamacare Medicaid Expansion (HB 1696). The Elliot Hospital is a direct beneficiary of this piece of legislation.

I am a candidate for United States Senate and will be thoroughly investigating this matter. Please consider this as a hold notice for all communications between Joe Lachance and all internal and third parties regarding Obamacare Medicaid expansion. I remind you of your general employment policy as per your website.

Where NH Senate Democrat Minority Leader Jeff Woodburn beclowns himself on guns

Gun_RightsKimberly’s post on Portsmouth Police Commissioner Joe Plaia reminded me of this at the Union Leader concerning the NH Senate upholding Gov Maggie “The Red” Hassan’s veto of NH Constitutional Carry:

Democratic Senate Minority Leader Jeff Woodburn said the legislation is a solution in search of a problem that doesn’t exist, and that New Hampshire police chiefs do not deny permits without a good reason.  “There have seldom been unreasonable denials of a (concealed carry) permit,” he said. “And when it does happen, it is brought to public light and dealt with.”

He doesn’t get out much, does he? Or, like a Progressive, thinks more highly than he ought of our “expert and non-partisan bureaucrats” which, if anything these last eight years, we have found to be non-expert and highly partisan. We’ve seen cases of pure malfeasance – go unpunished or swept under the rug.  And in the blather of Woodburn, even if the police chiefs do badly, he blithely dismisses the impact and gives the impression of “no blood, no foul; it will self-correct or be of little consequence.  “Not to worry about”!

It is clear that he certainly didn’t bother to do his due diligence before opening his yap. If he had, he would have found the story of a police chief doing EXACTLY what he says doesn’t happen (and I bet he doesn’t think voter fraud doesn’t happen either, bless his heart) to ‘Grok friend Michelle Lavell who had to spend thousands of dollars PROVING her innocence against a police chief who decided to deny her permit renewal because she refused to give any additional information to the chief beyond what the law required (emphasis mine):

During the presser, Chairman Michelle Levell spoke about her own personal story of abuse by her police chief who decided to change the rules of the pistol/revolver application. Levell was denied her renewal because the police department illegally change the requirements.

Super Trolling: Making them live by their own rule book – Ze, Zir, and “His Majesty”

Crown Tilted cartoonThis is just AWESOME!  We all know that the Left continues to assault our traditional cultural norms and will do so until there is nothing to “conserve”.  The biggest deal is “gender identity” and “gender fluidity” which continues their nihilism onslaught against absolute values by declaring anybody can call themselves pretty much anything they want as far as which sex they are (male, female, and pretty much every stupid pitstop along the way that they can think of – anything to blur any distinction between anything and anyone).  First relegated to Academia’s Ivory Tower, this movement, first started by the Feminist Critical Thinking, it is now pouring out at the rest of us like Ebola outbound from a ruptured infected cell.

Lately, we’ve seen college campuses starting the process of mandating that anyone can define what they are AND what the rest of us MUST call them with pronouns the battleground. (NYC, too, with HUGE fines if employers and other employees refuse to use the “proper” pronouns).  So, one enterprising lad by the name of Grant Strobl decided to go all Alinsky on the University of Michigan.  His choice of pronouns by which he must be called?

His Majesty
