I don’t think that Sununu really has any idea of the impact this had on families in NH- his actions.
A lot of good people refused to live this way and moved out of the state.
Do you know how many opioid deaths we’ve had and how many people have been driven to despair there are?
My own life has been forever changed, the course of my kids lives changed.
I’ve got a closed up restaurant in town that has been there for my entire life. The grass is all grown up, it’s abandoned and so sad to see knowing it was a thriving place.
Another restaurant in town took the leap after years of success of knocking down an old building and building a new brand new one.. and there it all sits closed down now. This was the one place in town to eat out and now there is nothing, people scared to open a new one in fear of the next lockdown they force on us.
My grandmother is 95 years old and the one thing she did for an activity now was go out to lunch with the ladies, that all ended. She got very depressed living as a shut-in knowing she has so little time left and there she is, unable to do anything. She never cared if she got Covid, she knew she was going to die, but since she didn’t have it, she wanted to Live Life!
I don’t believe that there is a single family in NH that has not felt the the impact somehow upon their lives.
I don’t forgive him and I won’t forget what he did to the “Live Free or Die” state.
He lied to us day in and day out. We proved what he was saying was lies here day in and day out and yet he continued on..sounding like a damn fool to all of us that knew better and were not brainwashed.
70% of the deaths were in Nursing Homes here, he never needed to do what he was doing.
And further, the flu goes through nursing homes and takes out the weakest every single year.. but average people out there don’t know that. Something that happens every year was seized upon and politicized. We had a bad flu season, but we’ve had plenty of them before. SARS and H1N1 went through nursing homes too.. what did you hear about that?
I sure hope that they are getting an alternative to Sununu ready for us to vote for- because a whole lot of people DO NOT want Sununu for a Senator.
