This week saw a flurry of activity on a three-month-old scandal. A Democrat asks for a recount in search of victory after losing to four Republicans for seats in the State Legislature. The hand recount results in that democrat losing 100 more votes and every Republican gaining 300. Nothing to see here, some say. Not so fast.
