Someone in the Obiden White House needs to get the Communist Diseases Coordinators (CDC) under control. CDC director Dr. Rochelle Walensky just said, “Vaccinations of teachers is not a prerequisite for safely reopening schools.” That’s not the party line.

A few years from now the CDC director might find themselves demoted to a research facility on the South Pole where they will later die tragically at the hands flippers and beaks of a mob of rabid penguins.
In China from whence the Wuhan Flu (but not communism) originated, they make people disappear all the time.
In the United States, these unfortunate truth-tellers “commit suicide” or die in a burglary gone wrong, their body another ‘unsolved mystery’ in a DC area motel bathroom. Car accidents are not out of the question either. But the Obiden administration might not be ready for that yet. That’s more Clinton Style.
What to do about the rouge CDC director.
Jen Psaki, who likes to circle back, had to add context to the CDC Directors remarks. The union says everyone gets one. No return to school until everyone gets a shot of something, and it’s not whisky or tequila.
But that’s not what the good Doctors from the CDC said.
“There is increasing data to suggest that schools can safely reopen and that safe reopening does not suggest that teachers need to be vaccinated,” CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky told reporters during a White House news briefing on Covid-19.
“Vaccinations of teachers is not a prerequisite for safely reopening schools,” she added.
Increasing data in this context means we always knew that was true but waited for it to be politically convenient to say.
The data has shown for eight months that what Dr. Walensky says is true but that does not mean it is politically convenient, yet.
During a press briefing later Wednesday, White House press secretary Jen Psaki walked back Walensky’s comments, saying that they were not “official guidance” from the CDC.
If Walensky were here, she would say “that they have not released their official guidance from the CDC yet on the vaccination of teachers and what would be needed to ensure the safe reopening of schools,” Psaki said.
The party and the unions and the Obiden Administration will have a word with the CDC, and when they get the wording correctly, they’ll circle back.
Vaccines will be mandatory even though they do not stop the spread. You will still need to wear some number of masks between 1 and 3, socially distance, and allow local despots (and Federals) to control every corner for your lives at a moment’s notice.
That’s not the science but is it the party line.
