F**k Around And Find Out…

A photo of a letter is making its way across the internet. The letter reads as follows:

“Dear Neighbor:

You have been identified by our group as  being a Trump Supporter.

Your address has been added into our database as a target for when we attack should Trump not concede the election.

We recommend that you check your home insurance policy and make that it is current and that it has adequate coverage for fire damage.

You have been given “Fair Warning.”

Always remember, that it was “you” that started this Civil War.

Be prepared to face severe consequences of your pre-emptive actions against democracy.”

First and foremost, I think this letter is a hoax. Not a hoax in the sense that it does indeed reflect the sentiments on the left. After all, we have born witness to violence and unrest across the nation. I believe it to be a hoax because the author clearly seeks to intimidate his or her neighbor, but it is highly unlikely the resources exist to carry out wide scale attacks. Citizens are not going to take it. That does not mean we are not prepared. BY all means, be prepared.

According to WMUR, Milford police said the same letter was mailed to other homes that have signs supporting Trump’s presidential campaign. The department is now investigating and has contacted the state Attorney General’s Office.

ARSON

Let us now look at what New Hampshire law tells us about this letter. Now, this information is not an attempt to give legal advice. Rather, it is a restatement of what is written. The legal arena is wrought with twists, turns and nuances. It is therefore, always a good idea to seek out the advice of an attorney in these matters.

634:1 Arson. –
I. A person is guilty of arson if he knowingly starts a fire or causes an explosion which unlawfully damages the property of another.
II. Arson is a class A felony if the property damaged is:
(a) An occupied structure and the actor knew it was an occupied structure…(my emphasis)

Under New Hampshire law, Arson for an occupied structure is a class A felony. Actions which purposefully cause a dwelling to catch on fire is arson.

USE OF FORCE

627:7 Use of Force in Defense of Premises. – A person in possession or control of premises or a person who is licensed or privileged to be thereon is justified in using non-deadly force upon another when and to the extent that he reasonably believes it necessary to prevent or terminate the commission of a criminal trespass by such other in or upon such premises, but he may use deadly force under such circumstances only in defense of a person as prescribed in RSA 627:4 or when he reasonably believes it necessary to prevent an attempt by the trespasser to commit arson.(my emphasis)

Under New Hampshire law, I may be entitled to use deadly force against any person attempting to burn my house down. Here is what the law says,

627:4 Physical Force in Defense of a Person. –

A person is justified in using deadly force upon another person when he reasonably believes that such other person: (d) Is likely to use any unlawful force in the commission of a felony against the actor within such actor’s dwelling or its curtilage. (my emphasis).

Lastly, If I am to use force against a person and the force is lawful, the law also affords me a remedy against bankrupting me through civil suits.

627:1-a Civil Immunity. – A person who uses force in self-protection or in the protection of other persons pursuant to RSA 627:4, in the protection of premises and property pursuant to RSA 627:7 and 627:8, in law enforcement pursuant to RSA 627:5, or in the care or welfare of a minor pursuant to RSA 627:6, is justified in using such force and shall be immune from civil liability for personal injuries sustained by a perpetrator which were caused by the acts or omissions of the person as a result of the use of force. In a civil action initiated by or on behalf of a perpetrator against the person, the court shall award the person reasonable attorney’s fees, and costs, including but not limited to, expert witness fees, court costs, and compensation for loss of income. (My emphasis).

We live at a time when firearms purchases are at an all time historic high. People are fearful and they are purchasing firearms and taking classes to learn to defend themselves. The Defund Police Movement has people fearful.

I have not been writing much on Grok because I have been working, training citizens in how to defend their homes and their families. Citizens are arming up.

Another twist the author does not take into account is the high concentration of military veterans that have served in Afghanistan, Iraq and the African continent. Many have seen violent combat and these Cucks behaving badly have not even witnessed the tip of the spear.

This letter is the product of an irrational person and I hope they are caught and prosecuted for sending it to people.  If they are not caught…”F**k around and find out.
