Republican Steve Negron Files for Rematch with Ann Kuster in NH Congressional District 2

Steve Negron formally announced his run at a rematch with Democrat Ann Kuster, in NH CD2 after filing with the Secretary of State’s Office this past week.

Steve won the Republican primary in 2018, and while he could not unseat the Democrat incumbent in a Blue Wave election year, he managed to get more Republicans to turn out and vote in a NH CD-2 midterm than any other midterm election since 2002.

Steve is also the first Republican to run in successive elections in CD-2 since Charlie Bass lost the seat to Ann Kuster in 2012. CD-2 has been a one-and-done allowing Kuster to win against candidates that failed to capitalize on any name recognition in a rematch.

Steve’s is back, and he hopes 2020 is the year New Hampshire sends Ann Kuster home.

Note: I worked for and endorsed Steve Negron in the 2018 cycle.
