Lesbian Transwoman Suing Sikhs For Refusing to Wax “His” Hairy Legs

Jessica Yaniv is addicted to filing discrimination lawsuits. She He wants someone to wax her scrotum. They refuse (not trained, religious objection, we don’t do that), and he she takes them to the British Columbia Human Rights Council. So, far it hasn’t worked for her him.

This time around she he, demanded that a Sikh salon wax her his legs. The Sikhs claimed it was not a service they offered and added religious objections (woman working on a half-naked biological male), so he she sued for discrimination.

Are there no other estheticians left who are not religious or ethnic? This is targeting. Like ignoring every other baker, photographer, florist, or artist when planning a gay wedding to go after the folks you can deliberately sue out of business if they don’t bend to your cultural will.

Send a message. One that could be coming to the Granite State if the left (and a few virtue-signaling Republicans) have their way.

People could find themselves hauled in front of a New Hampshire extrajudicial Human rights or anti-discrimination star chambers for a show trial. That’s why they exist. To establish the terms of engagement, compel speech and behavior, and silence dissent.

They don’t have that power yet (here) but left unchecked they will.

You will be made to care when in reality, scammers like Yaniv need to be sent a message. A friendly anti-SLAPP law could do the trick. In the absence of that, the Sikhs in BC need to be suing Yaniv for targeting them instead of having to defend themselves from this sort of abuse. What good is a Human rights Cabal if most of the Humans are excluded?

Yaniv has repeatedly targeted ethnic and religious groups to pressure them into accepting her in-name-only gender choice. A man in a dress who claims to be a lesbian with, by the way, a thing for young girls. It’s everything wrong with the progressive gender transition culture in one poor excuse for a human being.

As a reminder, I don’t care what consenting adults do with each other in private. And there are plenty of LGB folks that are cool with just that.

Biology defines your sex; your gender is nothing more than your opinion. You are entitled to your opinion, but so am I and everyone else is entitled to a different one. If that’s not enough look at it this way. Lawsuits are not carbon neutral. The planet never wins. So, stop! If you care about that sort of thing.
