Do you recall the now infamous Jessica ‘Jonathan’ Yaniv? A trans-woman, but self-proclaimed lesbian (a heterosexual man in a dress?), went looking for a Brazillian. A process that resulted in 12 human rights complaints and one salon ower closing her business.
Our coverage was both brief and snarky as Yaniv became the object of international scrutiny.

So, it seemed appropriate to close the loop on the question: can a man who dresses as a woman but is sexually attracted to women and claimes to be transgender make women in salons was his junk.
The answer to that, at least in British Columbia, is no.
“human rights legislation does not require a service provider to wax a type of genitals they are not trained for and have not consented to wax.” The decision further found that Yaniv “engaged in improper conduct,” “filed complaints for improper purposes,” and concluded Yaniv’s testimony was “disingenuous and self-serving.” Finally, noted the Tribunal, Yaniv was “evasive and argumentative and contradicted herself” while giving evidence.
She contradicted herself during testimony.
She’s a guy who has the hots for girls but dresses up like he thinks they should dress. Calling him her is as much a part of the problem as he is a problem herself if you take my meaning.
And not only does he like girls, he likes young girls, which suggests he is using your woke culture to gain access to women and young girls.
Nowhere, sadly, is this issue addressed, even in the context of a man who is attracted to women dressing up as a woman and suing women who refuse to wax his b*lls.
I’m not even sure Bill Clinton could pull that off.
Is it a scheme on the level of Piltdown Man? Climate Change? The Kardashians? I’ll let you decide, but it is scam none the less. Only partly undone but at least at some cost.
“…the Tribunal ordered costs of $2,000 payable each to three of the five women represented by the Justice Centre, including one woman, Mrs. Hehar Gill, who had been forced to close her business due to Yaniv’s vexatious litigation. According to the JCCF’s news release, Mrs. Gill, a practicing Sikh, explained to Yaniv that she was only able to provide services to female clients due to her religion.”
A skirmish in the culture war in which biological women got a rare win. So, what does Yaniv do next for attention? I have no idea, but I bet we’ll know soon enough.
