The Wisdom of Harry Reid?

Former Democrat Senate leader Harry Ried, who lost a battle with an “exercise Band” that then convinced him to retire from politics, has some advice for Democrats running for things, like the office of President.

Or any other elected office

In a half-hour phone conversation with VICE News, Reid was blunt when asked if he thought supporting Medicare for All would be problematic in the 2020 general election. .. [and] Decriminalizing border crossings is not something that should be at the top of the list. … when asked if supporting that position would be politically problematic in the general election.

What are two of the Democrat flocks top two priorities? Medicare for All and Open borders.

Rumor has it that spending more time outside of DC than in can have this effect on you. Being closer to the real world has a sobering effect. Unless you are trying to appeal to the radical left-wing base that shows up to vote in a primary. Then you need to Giovanni Gentile, Marx, or Hegel.

Most of America has been watching that. Harry Reid included. And he concludes that this is the fastest way for Democrats to lose.

And he’d be right.

So, keep at, Leftists!
