“Hell Hath no fury like a woman scorned…”—unknown
The Supreme Court rejected Kristin Ruggiero’s appeal yesterday Morning. Thereafter, Kristin was found in the throes of a seizure and transported to Catholic Medical Center in Manchester where she was pronounced dead.
Some speculate her death to be suicide, while other morons are doing what they usually do: Pointing fingers of blame at DOC. None will know what the nature of her death is until the State Medical Examiner releases his findings. Meanwhile, the armchair warriors and commentators weighing in at the Union Leader on Line versionoffer their, “two cents,” alleging facts, suppositions and allegations contained nowhere in the article.
I have been writing about this case for over a year, following it closely. Kristin Ruggiero was perhaps the most dangerous woman in New Hampshire. In my entry on 12/22/10 on NHInsider.com I detailed as follows:
- Kristin Ruggiero serially filed domestic violence and stalking petitions in numerous states against her ex-husband and new wife while fighting with him over custody of their daughter…and did so to get the upper hand in family court.
- Kristin Ruggiero engineered and falsified threatening text messages from a disposable cell phone to her own phone for the sole purpose of having an ex-husband jailed and kicked out of the Coast Guard.
- Kristin Ruggeiro called her ex-husband frequently and at all hours, taunting, harassing and terrorizing him. She mocked him, laughed at him and goaded him with, “I took all your money…I took your daughter and now I am going to take your career.
- Kristin Ruggiero made use of hacker technology such as computer viruses and anonymous text messaging services enabling her to hack into Jeff Ruggiero’s computer and e-mail to stalk, terrorize and harass him.
- Kristin Ruggiero worked steadfastly and persistently to pressure prosecutors, law enforcement and others to take action against her ex-husband Jeff Ruggiero. Kristin sent as many as 70 e-mail correspondences to Assistant County Prosecutor Charlene Dulac, demonstrative of her willingness to manipulate the justice system.
- In the wake of charges Kristin Ruggiero faced for her falsifications, she continued to reached out to various levels of government such as the late Sen. Ted Kennedy, Gov. John Lynch, the FBI and the media in furtherance of her attack on Jeff Ruggiero — despite his exoneration of prior charges.
- She made a heinous false allegation that Jeff Ruggiero was going to kill all of the officers on the East Kingston Police Department at one time. .. feigning concern for the well being of Officers.”
- When the investigation turned to Kristen Ruggiero, she targeted the East Kingston Police Chief with scurrilous complaints of corruption and wrongdoing to The Attorney General’s Office, The County Attorney, State Police and the East Kingston Board of Selectmen.
- Kristin Ruggiero duped New England Cable News into a feature televised story where she played herself off as a victim.
Then…upon being convicted in May, she continued to manipulate and massage the system for her personal ends:
- Asks her mother to obtain a physicians referral claiming that she suffered a form of psychosis stemming from addiction to Adderall and alcohol. “I’m going to pull the mental health card, you know what I mean?” Ruggiero tells her mother during the recorded call “It has to be outpatient in the United States and I can live at home.”
- She jubilantly states in another jailhouse call, “Dad, guess what? Judge McHugh had a quadruple bypass!” as well as other activities she has engaged in to impede an ongoing criminal investigation relative to her trial.
- She tells, boyfriend, Brendan Bisbee, they could have a jailhouse wedding as a means to thwart the state’s investigation, based on a transcript of recorded jail calls.
- Tells her mother in yet another recorded jail call she plans to seek out a restraining order against the prosecutor investigating her, “and mentions hiring a private investigator to find out all she can about the prosecutor.
Then there are the “inconvenient links” to Kristin that went unreported, yet the name “Kristin Ruggiero” popped up in the whole ugly context. Questions that swirled about the 2009 suicide of Pet Drx Chief Financial Officer Gregory J. Eisenhauer, on the heels his bitter marriage split. The narrative will be telling as I come into more details, to be certain.
It is truly a sad thing for a parent to lose a child. Certainly, Kristin’s parents are grieving for their loss. And that poor little girl Meghan. She didn’t do anything to deserve this. Surely she will be affected deeply. In a larger context, however, it cannot be lost how evil this woman really was. At the risk of being harsh and uncompassionate, it is an unavoidable reality that society is better-served when people like Kristin leave our midst. The one thing that never leaves are the scars and the damage left in the wake of her destruction.
Today, God judges Kristin, unknown to us if her fate is a firey Hell. Despite being unknown, it seems appropriate for her. In moving on from this let us all say a prayer for Meghan. And let us also stand in hope and confidence that Jeffrey and Jeannie Ruggiero can find peace and closure, for their own Hell journey Kristin took them on is only known by a few.
