Lack Of Enthusiasm Ray? Well How About Carol Seiu-Porter..

Just a few hours ago I reported the thoughts (see-gross exaggerations) of one New Hampshire democrat chairman on a so-called lack of enthusiasm in the GOP based on the delegate turn out at the GOP convention.  So what does it say of one Carol SEIU-Porter, who prior to this mornings debate had a rather serious lack of enthusiasm problem all her own.

Let me paint the picture for you.

Imagine around 40 to 60 plus Frank Guinta supporters holding signs from as early as 7am right up to the debate itself,  cheering for their candidate.  When the candidate arrives, he visits with the supporters, then enters through the front door.

The incumbent democrat, Carol SEIU-Porter, has no supporters out front at 7am, none on the side, nor anywhere else until after 8:20 when one of her staffers shows up (the debate is set for 9 am) and discovers that not one person is there to support Carol.  A few frantic cell phone calls later and they manage to wrangle 5, maybe 6 people to come and hold a sign in support of Carol–of course the only car with CSP totems in it had a New York State license plate on it.

And Carol–congresswoman of the people–is never seen by anyone outside, having resorted instead to the back door entrance to avoid having to mingle with the unwashed masses.

No supporters, no public presence, out of state license plates, secret back door entry.

Hey Ray?  What were you saying about a lack of enthusiasm?

Oh, and yes, there are pictures….stay tuned.
